About 50% of police-caused homicides are the victims of taser-death.

The county coroners will come on TV and tell you that the person died because of their prior drug use and not because of the taser.
In cases where the victim was not a drug user, they will tell you that the person had heart complications that caused an "irregular" response to the taser.

Is it becoming legal for cops to execute unarmed drug addicts and other suspects by use of a taser?

That is how this topic would be a political debate... it has nothing to do with dems, republicans or blacks and whites.
It has to do with ethics in law enforcement.

How much more do you want? Especially considering the guy is a known kook who pulls practical jokes and does things for news coverage all the time, this made CNN and Fox and CBS so I'm sure they will all cover it. Black, white loony is loony. Trying to make this a bad mark for Kerry is stretching. It was the University police, not his personal guard.

Mentioning Skull and Bones with Bush's name will get you tasered these days.

I don't think he deserved being tasered and would have probably just have a different spin if it was a black student.

No. but it would be front page news for a week if Kerry had been a Republican.

You would have thought Kerry would have given him a little "professional courtesy", though. I mean both of them are protesters.

I have no doubts that Kerry wishes it would go away. THAT is the key: the U.S. is officially an aristocracy.
