If I was hit at an intersection, totalled, and it wasn't found to be my fault doesn't the person who hit me owe me a car ?

My insurance says they'll only pay me the car's worth, $8,000 which doesn't even cover the loan I still owe

Can I sue him for what he owes me ?

Iran on Monday announced that it has begun enriching uranium with 3,000 centrifuges, dramatically expanding a program that the United Nations has demanded it halt.

President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said at a ceremony at the enrichment facility at Natanz that Iran was now capable of enriching nuclear fuel "on an industrial scale."

Asked if Iran has begun injecting uranium gas into 3,000 centrifuges for enrichment, top nuclear negotiator Ali Larijani replied, "Yes." He did not elaborate.

The U.N. has imposed limited sanctions on Iran until it suspends enrichment a key process that can produce either fuel for a nuclear reactor or the basis of a warhead.

Should we
A, Send the UN with a bouqeut of roses to ask them to stop pretty please
B, Send Rico over from Yahoo answers to woo away all their fat women
C, Send the whole USAF to reduce their country to rubble "on an industrial scale"
D, Do nothing, they are a fine, upstanding, trustworthy country.

PONCE, Puerto Rico - People who believe the Constitution would break if it didn't change with society are "idiots,"
U.S. Supreme Court Justice
Antonin Scalia says.

In a speech Monday sponsored by the conservative Federalist Society, Scalia defended his long-held belief in sticking to the plain text of the Constitution "as it was originally written and intended."

"Scalia does have a philosophy, it's called originalism," he said. "That's what prevents him from doing the things he would like to do," he told more than 100 politicians and lawyers from this U.S. island territory.

According to his judicial philosophy, he said, there can be no room for personal, political or religious beliefs.

Scalia criticized those who believe in what he called the "living Constitution."

"That's the argument of flexibility and it goes something like this: The Constitution is over 200 years old and societies change. It has to change with society, like a living organism, or it will become brittle and break."

"But you would have to be an idiot to believe that," Scalia said. "The Constitution is not a living organism, it is a legal document. It says something and doesn't say other things."

Proponents of the living constitution want matters to be decided "not by the people, but by the justices of the Supreme Court."

"They are not looking for legal flexibility, they are looking for rigidity, whether it's the right to abortion or the right to homosexual activity, they want that right to be embedded from coast to coast and to be unchangeable," he said.

Scalia was invited to Puerto Rico by the Federalist Society for Law and Public Policy Studies. The organization was founded in 1982 as a debating society by students who believed professors at the top law schools were too liberal. Conservatives and libertarians mainly make up the 35,000 members.

Personally I think it's ridiculous . We're not states. . . We're People . And everyone in one particular state, whether it's Republican dominated or Democrat dominated, does not necessarily agree with everyone in that state .
Divisive, Short-sighted, and Ridiculous. . . .. . .

What's your opinion ?

Our public school system is run by the largest segment of our population, the baby-boomers, who are mostly burned-out ex-hippies who truly hate America and have been indoctrinating our youth to hate America for more than an entire generation now...

Since the Marxist anti-Americans are in charge of our education system, and have overrun our universities and bureaucracies, is it any wonder that we have millions of young scumbags who refuse to support their President and fight against the rag-headed murderers?

Roughly how many traitors are among us?

Do you think it matters, or not to our Government? They were Shiites. Granted we are fighting for Iraq's freedoms. But most of these Shiites, not all, are trying to compromise Iraq's freedom. Who some are killing fellow Iraq's. What is your thoughts? I don't understand this whole Sunni vs. Shiite feud. Thanks for any input.

Usually I'm all against pointless American aggression and sabre rattling. But Iran could surely put a halt to all this nonsense but stopping its uranium enrichment program (which it is now expanding) and denouncing terrorism. It won't stop the Iranian president from talking nonsense, and it would probably lead to him being replaced, but at the end of the day he doesn't stand a chance against us. For the future of Iran, can that idiot step down so someone can take responsibility for his country, before the hawks bomb Tehran into tiny pieces?

You(War supporters,FBI,CIA,home security, vigilantes) like to play mind games with innocent people?
Do you have enough time to answer these questions?

1) Which news organization(s) are going to be shut down?
2) Which and when Police,Firehouses,Home Security,FBI,CIA Stations are going to shut down?

Shut Down means not destroyed, but completely shut down with no electricity or phone lines for people to call in for help.

when you break your own laws and rules, why should I follow them?
I am going to get my revenge on you after my mother dies. So, pray God forgives you for your sins before she dies.

In fact, he is the most serious repulsion to the U.S.Constitution, and the biggest threat to World-Wide Democracy.

First let me say that I'm not an Imus fan. However, Al Sharpton makes me laugh with his BS, Al is one of the biggest bigots in the country. I don't agree with what Imus said and I believe he used very poor judgement in opening his mouth in this case. However, it seems when it comes to the Sharpton, Jackson and so on that the first amendment only applies when they want it to. If Imus if fired or not should strictly be left up to his employer. Like any TV or radio program if you don't like what someone is saying then don't listen to them but don't try to do away with the first amendment because you don't like what they say. I believe we are treading on dangerous ground as a nation when we start trying to restrict freedom of speech because someone hurt our feelings. Grow up Al, get some thicker skin and stop being the idiot that you are! What are your thoughts? Should there be limitations on the first amendment?
