How do you propose he do that? Diplomacy has been tried already...its still being tried. The bone headed midget who runs Iran just smirks and does whatever he wants. Iran has managed to isolate themselves from their enemies and allies alike. Their only hope to regain their Arab allies is to provoke a Western attack. If infidels begin bombing Iran, they will gain sympathy from other Muslim countries.
Unless change comes from within Iran itself, only military force can make them stop enriching uranium. Without provocation from Iran (some sort of attack or military action), that will not happen. We can only hope someone over there grows a brain. Unfortunately, that hasn't happened since before Alexander the Great conquered the Persian Empire, so I'm not going to hold my breath.

no count if that's a bad ingredient to have nuclear weapon than why does US have? besides Iran comments that they are going to use Uranium in potential production field. additionally UN couldnt discover any undesirable purpose or place to produce nuclear weapons in Iran. besides right that's my scenerio: if Iran maintains to enhance Uranium (in all probability they're going to), Us will bomb Iran. After bombing, Russia and China will protest u . s . a .. (becuz Russia and China have many paying for and advertising relationships and contracts with Iran) and a sparkling chilly war will start up. there will be no winners the place loser may be the humanity.
