It is no different than any other out patient operation that crushes the skull, cuts off the arms, sucks out the pieces of the fetuses body, and runs the risk of causing a woman to get septic shock from rotting body parts inside of her.

Why are the NEOCON Nazi's so worried about the supposed 'life' of a fetus but won't support a woman's right to privately have an abortion?

What do you think about the concept of "constitutional mutation" of constitutional rules or principles?

The european (continental) constitutional theory has developed a concept that is named: constitutional change or mutation (mutación constitucional/verfassungswand... That means that the constitutional rules or principles can be changed with out altering the text of the norm (with out amending it).

Is there a concept like this one in your legal system???
I am aware that in the UK there is no formal or codified constitution. And that the "constitutional" issues are regulated through laws, How do you see this concept within your own system??

Can you explain me about your constitutional system??

65% of all abortions are from Neocon women who have affairs with their pool boys and know they can't pass the kid off as the old man's.

Leaving aside for the moment how vastly convenient it is for the US govt to have cleared up all the crime of recent years in one fell swoop; how can we believe anything about this so-called confession when even the US officials have admitted a lot of what Mohammed said was 'white noise' designed to get him through the latest 'interrogation'? (ie, he said anything they wanted, just to avoid the torture)

Where does it come from, and why does is have value?

China recently proposed a law that would give their people private property rights for the first time since communism became the official form of government in the country.
The critical key to this equation seems to be that capitalism is replacing the old tired beliefs of Communism/socialism with free market capitalism.
Few could deny, although some still try, that private property rights (the basis of our own American Republic) guaranteed by our constitution indeed give the people greater say in their lives and government.
The old style communist/socialist thinkers, many in the Chinese university system (boy this sounds familiar, doesn't it?) are currently balking on giving individuals this right.

Will this law come to fruition, or will property rights always be denied in a nation that still calls itself Communist, while becoming the world's formost Capitalism?

If it were not clear which state a crime was committed in for whatever reason; is it possible to be tried federally for the crime, or would one state or another eventually have to take control of the trial under state law?

Would it be best just to simply kill child predators after they commit their crime? I have had a couple of Sex Offender classes (which are extremely disheartening), and in class they showed us some reports on sex offenders. Apparently they cannot be cured, as most studies seem to show. I know that some of these people have grown up hard and abusive lives, but we should not allow these people to pass this onto the youth of our nation.

John Couey is the current one that comes to mind, but there are many others, some still living in public.

My husband is in the military and we live in Germany right now.Recently I volunteered to coach youth sports and had to pass an extensive background check.I passed and went on to coach the kids. Now I want to get paid to keep a few kids during the day,at my house, but need to have another bkgd ck done. But just today I found out that on my old one, there was a disgretion! The lady said sometimes that could happen if I had past problems with my bills...the only other thing I can think of is I got in trouble once for underage drinking and I was in the military and had to go through a rehab program. But I was young and stupid. Now I am 27,haven't been in trouble since then, and don't have any kind of alch. probs!Should I be worried that I won't pass the check this time? This one is more extensive,of course, since I would have kids in my home, alone.I am really disappointed because I got all excited about making money and playing with kids all day and getting trained in child development

I know that legal seperations are a matter of public record and these records may be viewed at local courthouses.

If the couple in question lives in a different state than mine, is there a way I can call or go online to verify the info ..... and still remain anonymous?

And yes, I'm just trying to figure out whether or not a married man is lying about his situation. You just can't be too careful these days :) Thanks everyone!

Recently, I applied for a position at a nearby company and was turned down. The statement I was given "You have not been selected for an interview. You need a reference within the company is needed before consideration for employment will be given." At 20 years old, and ex-military, I'm furious that I've just been turned down with my work history, and 18 year olds have been given jobs because they have family working for the company, even though these kids have little or no work experience, sometimes not even a diploma.

Can I sue or otherwise take the company to court for this??

My girlfriend recently got a passport and she wants to come to visit for a couple of weeks. She is japanese, and has never been to america. She is afraid that she might have trouble getting through customs for reasons unknown. Is this ever a problem for someone just visiting? This is real scary for us, and I really never had to deal with it. Thanks for your answers.
