they say all these very exadurated statements that by 2010 chinese soldiers would be marching in the streets of america, stuff like that, China will eliminate the west on its own, all these kinds of things that are completly exadurated and unrealistic, is that they consider themselves supperior to us?

Lets say there is a 5 year old prodigy living in a violent community of Iraq. If some Americans find he or she has talent, and they want to take him/her to the US, what would be the process? Can his/her families granted asylum?

I don't know much about government, maybe some more educated people out there can offer their opinions... It seems to me like many Americans don't vote in much beside the presidential election, and even that number is small, and it seems like the majority is ruled by the decisions of the minority? Maybe I am over simplifying all of this, let me know what you think.

I have been looking for a California penal code that forbades teachers from forcing students to come in to there class during break time ex. lunch/brunch, and do work. I know there is a penal code that states that breacks are student's personal time and should not be violated. If you could find the penal code that states this please respond. My teacher forces us to come every Friday brunch and do work in her class. The students who fail to show up, loose a big percentage of their grade. Thanks a lot for your help!

I sued the developer of my house for faulty compaction of the soil, which lead to a cracked foundation, cracking walls, leaking windows, warped door frames, etc. It was a simple case, but because my lawyer was a complete idiot and wasn't familiar with key info during trial, we lost. I then got a lawyer to represent my community, and we went against the developer in a class action. The developer settled out of court, on the condition they would not compensate for our house because we previously sued and lost. The association accepted the offer and sent checks to all our neighbors, giving us nothing. Forgetting about the lack of ethics involved in that decision, does the board of the association have the right, the legal authority, to single my house out of the community when paying this settlement? Do I have a strong case against my association? They have a $1 million insurance policy and I plan to sue them for all they're worth. Any lawyers out there looking for a contingency case?

The way the always show the guy on TV, with messed up hair, looking as bad as possible as if to make you hate middle easterners even more than they already try to make people hate them. If you ask me it's just another lie. It seems that the news nowadays tries to make foreigners sound either stupid of evil.

he was nineteen she was fourteen they loved each other but because the parents didnt approve, they sought to teach her a lesson so they went to the cops pressed and then later dropped charges, now a mans life is ruined because he has to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life. He is not a predator I think the state of texas is just not fair, they said they were goingt o make an example of him and they did. What is your view on that?
