Do not agree. Have a look at Former Senator Fred Thompson. As Bob Beckle (Democrate Stratagist said) if there is one person that Dem's are afraid of...It's Fred Thompson.

Ideally, it'd be between Mary Landrieu and Ron Paul (the latter one being an actual contender for the Republican nomination). However, since a large majority of people in this country are not politically astute, I say that there are four possible outcomes, if the election were to be held today:
1. Barack Obama vs. John McCain
2. Barack Obama vs. Rudy Guiliani
3. You vs. John McCain
4. You vs. Rudy Guiliani
The one that'd be the most probable, in my opinion, would be you vs. John McCain (3), with #1 being a close second.
