Assume a motion was denied because the movant failed to attach enough evidence. Can the motion be refiled with the deficiencies corrected? The judge did not say either way.

I would think, if liberals are so bad and cause so much destruction of society which NEOCONS will tell you with a vengance (as witnessed by about a million answers by the NEOCONS on here) that europe and canada (two of the most liberal places on earth) would have both fallen by the wayside and imploded. The truth is, they are all progressive and thriving countries that seem to take care of the citizens that live there and those citizens seem to be very happy with their countries and their government.

I'm from Jamaica, and a new embassy has just been built here, I notice that persons who are applying for visa have to stand outside the embassy on the side walk in the hot, boiling sun, I think its rather unfair since there is a big compound which can accomodate the applicants.

Why does the US embassy do this??

The flag-waving, only-too-proud-to-serve firm has hightailed it to Dubai.

Does it ever make sense to break all the rules for a corporation? The Founders created this Nation for citizens, individuals, not corporate greed that has no loyalty or citizenship.

I am positively shocked at some of the answers I see on here every day. "Hitler was a Liberal", "fascism is left wing"...

WOW...talk about your revisionist history!

if it wasn't so hilarious, it would be rather sad

That a conservative gets married out of logic. Do they know true love, do they follow their heart for passion? or did they miss loves game and just get married for convenience? I have met many ex conservatives that were cons while married but after divorce they became liberals... does dating/marriage choices contribute to liberalism... is there at least a correlation that you see?

Did you read about the fools that went on the North Pole expedition to bring attention to Global Warming and almost froze to death one ending up with frostbite and almost losing her toes. Ann Bancroft made the journey in 1986 to become the first woman ever to cross the North Pole but this time she said temperatures were just so cold it was out of the question to attempt it. Her friend liv Ameson was stricken with frostbit in temperatures that were 100 below zero They planned on showing the world pictures of what global warming had done to the North Pole but sadly the camera was froze and all electronic equipment with it. So I ask you when are you global warming fools going to get out of Al Gores herd?

Hillary Rodham Clinton, as a New York
State Senator, now comes under the "Congressional Retirement and
Staffing Plan," which means that even if she never gets reelected,
she STILL receives her Congressional salary until she dies. (Would it not
be nice if all Americans were pension eligible after only 4 years?)

If Bill outlives her, he then inherits HER salary until HE dies.
He is already getting his Presidential salary until he dies. If Hillary
outlives Bill, she also gets HIS salary until she dies. Guess who
pays for that? WE DO!

It's common knowledge that in order for her to establish NY
residency, they purchased a million dollar-plus house in upscale
Chappaqua, New York. Makes sense. They are entitled to Secret Service
protection for life. Still makes sense.

Here is where it becomes interesting. Their mortgage payments
hover at around $10,000 per month. BUT, an extra residence HAD to be built
within the acreage to house the Secret Service agents.

The Clintons charge the Federal government $10,000 monthly rent
for the use of that extra residence, which is just about equal to their
mortgage payment. This means that we, the taxpayers, are paying the
Clinton's salary, mortgage, transportation, safety and security, as
well as the salaries for their 12 man staff -- and, this is all perfectly legal!

Oh thats right , conservatives are the ones who hate to accept the truth .
I wonder when you are swimming around and exploring the ruins of downtown Miami Florida when its 15 feet under water if you will accept global warming and say opps again .
I am just so waiting to say I told you so and I am holding my breath cause its gonna be a lot sooner then you might think .
I am sure you will continue to say that its Gods will and nothing anyone could have done about it .

I am very much a realist and don't believe Bush had a thing to do with it...and I am tired of people thinking you represent my party.. but if you can prove me wrong I'll apologize and we can move on.. so lets have it?

I mean anyone who has over 10,532 points and over 3,000 answers all in support of the Right and Mr. Bush, like one guy who is always on here, has to be a GOP drone.

And only 7% of his answers were picked as best answers. Anyone who spends that much time on Yahoo Answers is either out of a job or paid to sit on here and make the Right look good.

Anyone who tries that hard to make success out of constant failure is either in denial or paid to be stupid.

So, how many of you are GOP paid "Answer" drones?

Just like I felt about Coulter's comments during the CPAC, I would like tl give a best answer to an objective liberal (Iknow there are some out there), who will admit that calling Rice and Powell house slaves is over-the-top.

On the bigger scope, isn't it time that we let our wounds from our past racial sins heal? I know many from my party who are perpetuating the problem and I try to call them on it, but I can't keep both sides of the street clean. Even if you don't like Rice, Powell, Cosby, Swann, or Keats doesn't mean they are less black, does it? I just get tired of the politics of race-baiting. Like all blacks have to be Democrat b/c they are the only party that will do anything for them? Do people know that LBJ could not have passed the voting rights act without the votes of the GOP in the congress. The southern Democrats were opposed, by and large.
