Why is it that the only plausible answer for "Gulf War Syndrome" is the antigen squalene, yet our government adamantly denies there is any connection between the two?

Veterans who never left the states during the Gulf War between 90 and 91 experience the same effects as veterans who did deploy. It is said that the antigen squalene was used in some lots of the Anthrax vaccine but the military and government officials deny this.

Anyone have any insight on this?

I'm not aware of any, so can you please show us what you mean when you say that they did? Example;

"We do know, however, that Iraq has always supported and funded terror groups"

and

"Saddam's regime funded terrorism and allowed terrorists to train within Iraq"

Urban combat is a losing battle that will cost the lives of 3000 more soldiers and another 20,000 wounded .
In the long run it would be better to vacate the city and go house to house doing a search and destroy mission .

My great grandfather lived in Georgia for a long time. He had one son, X, in the US. He had my grandfather when he came back from the US who did not apply for the citizenship and did not live in the US. My father also did not do anything about that. NOW I am trying.
I would like to note that X , my grandfathers brother who was born in the US had many children who all are American based on X's birth certificate, which my grandfather does not have.

What is the best reasoning to follow to make my case. Are there any laws related to this issue???

seriously! what is going on in this country? People go to prison on very little evidence everyday. The people have forgotten that this is supposed to be a free country, and you must be proven guilty, not just look like you are guilty or assuming that you are guilty since the cops arrested you.

one of the biggest industries and quickly expanding is the field of law enforcement/criminal justice! Its as if they want us to be incarcerated!

You are just one false move away from being thrown in prison...or maybe you will just be charged with something you didn't do? nothing surprises me anymore with the U.S. Government, unless we would pull out of iraq. That would surprise me. Or, say, if bush resigned out of remorse for his many many sins. that would be a shock! bush having remorse!?

if you are arrested for something, and you have no money to make bail, you wait in jail for days, weeks, moths, and in some cases, a year or more until a court date. By then, if you are able to prove that you are innocent, even with the "public defender" (whom usually are trying to become prosecutors-thus not caring whether you win or lose your case), you have just wasted all of that time you waited to go to court because the government made a mistake. Wow. just think about that for a moment. it happens to thousands of people every day.

GUILTY UNTIL PROVEN INNOCENT

This is not an idea that free countries incorporate.

Does anyone agree a person working all their lives paying their taxes in the UK up to retirement age should get more benifits than those that has not.
I am not counting people who through no fault of there own cannot work, such as severely disabled etc. It seems to me If you pay more into the pot surely you should get more out at the end.

Seems we have a group of people in Iraq that are just not willing to get with the program .
When that happened in boot camp everyone did 25 more . Seems we need to be killing everyone in sight till they end the lives of the trouble makers .
Hand them all over and everyone is on the same page .

The American public hears about the ONE or TWO bombs that go off a day, but never about any of the accomplishments made by American and NATO forces. Dont get me wrong, one bomb against our troops is one bomb too many; but its WAR, one bomb a day is absolutely nothing compared to past American wars. But the media turns one or two bombs a day into that the US is loosing the war.

The US went in, took out Saddams military, took out Saddam, got major Al-Queda forces out of Iraq, recovered sarin and mustard gas from Iraqi fortifications, put in a democratic government, and gave the government a fighting force. If that is not victory, then what the Hell is?

I just read a question about republican support for the Iraq war, and an answerer said something like this:

"Did you have family in the WTC? What about on Flight 93? Need I say more?"

Now that we know Iraq had nothing whatsoever to do with Al Qaeda - no support, no money, no training of terrorists - why do so many still use that argument, despite the fact that no decent evidence has ever been found to support this view?

To begin with, he was friends with CHARLES KEATON and even supported him during his LINCOLN SAVINGS AND LOAN SCANDLE(where alot of AMERICANS lost their retirements and KEATON became even richer.

Secondly he is for ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION. It is rumoured He has gone so far as to remove people from their farm land and given it Illegals. Apparently he is ok with American tax payers paying for the health care, education and other benifits, but yet the illegals don't pay into our economy. When he met with the MINUTE MEN( PEOPLE WHO ARE TRYING TO PROTECT THE BORDER, Mr Mccain wouldnt even talk to them. (makes you wonder)

third, apparently its ok for his wife to try and purchase perscription drugs using fake perscriptions cause when she got caught,THE CASE NEVER WENT TO TRIAL.

And last, and this is my favorite. This was actually written by a yahoo answers member whos name I don't remember. This was his answer when some one asked HOW DID MCCAIN BETRAY FELLOW POWs..: Best Answer - Chosen Best Answer - Chosen by Asker

What is the real story behind his days as a POW? The U.S. Veteran Dispatch had an article in June of 1996 entitled "POW Songbird McCain Wrongly Described As A Hero." It recounted numerous instances where John McCain violated the Military Coda of Conduct, which specifically orders American personnel to give the enemy no information other than name, rank, serial number, and date of birth. It requires that they accept no favors from the enemy, and to make no written or oral statement disloyal to the United States.

The fact is, in exchange for better medical treatment, McCain violated this code four days after being captured on Oct. 26, 1967. In a U.S. News and World Report interview dated May 14, 1973, two months after he was released, McCain admitted that he exchanged military information in exchange for spending six weeks in a hospital normally reserve for North Vietnamese Military officers.

U.S. government records show that less than two weeks after he was taken to the hospital, Hanoi's press began quoting specific military information, including the name of the aircraft carrier on which McCain had been based, information about the location of rescue ships and the order of which his attack was supposed to take place. The records demonstrate, according to the Dispatch article that McCain continued to collaborate with the Communists after he recovered from his injuries. He did a number of propaganda broadcasts that were aimed at destroying the moral of American servicemen fighting in the jungles of South Vietnam, On June 4, 1969, a U.S. Wire Service story reported one of McCain's broadcasts.

The service reported "Hanoi has aired a broadcast in which the pilot son of the U.S. Commander in the Pacific, Adm. John McCain purportedly admits to having bombed civilian targets in North Vietnam and praised medical treatment he has received since being taken prisoner."

McCain committed other breaches of the Code of Conduct by meeting with and giving interviews to foreign news reporters and anti American delegations.

McCain admits to talking with numerous high-ranking North Vietnamese leaders, including General Vo Nguyen Giap, their Minister of Defense.

He also did a cozy interview over coffee, oranges, and cake wish a Cuban psychiatrist, which took place in the Hanoi office of the Committee for Foreign Cultural Relations.

He failed to "evade answering questions to the utmost of his ability;" by actually conversing with his interviewer in Spanish.
