Is there a way I could put my grandmother in jail for what she has done after my dad's death?
My dad died 2/17. His wishes were to be cremated and buried w/my moms dad... and EVERYONE had heard my dad talking about how he wanted to be put away.

My grandma called the day after we already made the arrangements (she never showed up) and said "if i have to see my son cremated, i'm never talking to any of you again and i'm having your mom put in jail",

Earlier today she took 1/2 of my moms furinture while she was at work. I don't know how she got in her house-but she did. She also keeps calling my phone and indirectly leaving msg's for my boyfriend to tell my mom "she's going to jail". She never showed up at my dads service and no one had even talked to her.

How can I end this and get rid of her? She basically killed my dad by feeding him pain meds, and I can't cope w/this.

**My gm quit talking to me after I told her she'd be in jail after I called the cops for a drug bust.

Bush started the war because he said Saddam had WDMs but none were found yet Saddam was executed very quickly. None of this makes a lick of sense to me. Why are we fighting Iraqi for 3 years for weapons they DID not have when the 9/11 perps - the Saudi's and Bin Laden are ignored?

I made a really terrible mistake i borrowed money to someone i thought was my friend. He told me he would give me back before the week was over, he was going to use the money to get his car that was towed and sell it immediately. The money from the sold car was what he was going to use to pay me back. A week after he started dodging me and since the semester was over he traveled to texas. He came back in january and when i confronted him, he said he was going to sell the car and started giving me lame excuses. When i told him i was going to call the cops he said okay but whatever they say is final. He agreed to give me half next week and half later. When the time came i called but no reply i went over to his place just to find out he moved off campus. IK spoke to his friends and told them i was going to call the cops, they said that is what he wanted me to do since there is no signed documentation the cops will settle it and he won't have to pay anything. pls someone help me

Those guys are ANIMALS. And I don´t believe in the death penalty and I don´t believe in the validity of a place like Guantanamo, BUT, maybe those G.I.s deserve a nice stay at the Bed & Breakfast that we call Gitmo. 100 years, would it be safe to guess that he´ll get out before then??? What do you guys think??

What would you look for in his/her background to attempt to overcome this so called disadvantage? Since modest rooted presidents (ie clinton) are usually the best bets to relate with "ordinary Americans."

For acting in their best interests, carrying out their wishes, doing as he was voted into office to do, doing as he was encouraged to do across the board, and so on and so forth? So things aren't going so well and now he is the boogie? I don't get it. I am glad he isn't as fickle as the nation he represents, or Congress. Otherwise we would have troops going in just as fast as shipping out. It would be interesting to observe how the next President handles the situation, but I doubt the recoil of his/her actions will provide such luxury.

Israel led Blair and Bush to attack Iraq and get caught in a mire, till date.The Bully of the Middle East once again made an pre-emptive attack on Lebanon to disarm Hezbollah.The latter made it suffer the worst defaeat.
Now it is setting its sights on Iran and is impelling US to attack it.
Iran is a shia country, whose members are socially very cohesive and owing allegiance to their Imam.Shias all over the globe would target the jews and the Americans.Further, this time it would not be one sided war.Iran would also retaliate with its nuclear warheads.Neither the winner nor the vanquished be in the present shape. As Eistein predicted they would live in bunkers, wear rags and wield only sticks and stones!
No sensible American or Israelite or that matter, any citizen of the world , would welcome war now.

...not to mention Electoral College polls which have either Republican candidate taking 44 States against Hillary and 48 against B. Hussein Obama.

Well, Republicans have controlled the White House for 28 of the last 40 years and now it's going to be 32 out of 44 and probably 36 out of 48.

I guess that's what happens when the last two Democratic Presidents were disasters:

CARTER: B*tch-slapped by Iran. Double digit unemployment, inflation and interest rates.

CLINTON: Disbarred and Impeached in disgrace.

I workin a federal prison. We recently had our radios(like walkie-talkies) updated. There about 750 radios for our complex. The government paid 2200 usd a peice for these things. Lets multiply that out 2200 X 750 = 1650000 !! That is truely outrageous. I have priced them at the local radio shack for $299. What can be done about this? This just one example of Government Money(our tax dollars) being wasted. Why can't soemthing be done. Can't people do something about this? This really get's me upset every time I think about it.

I was ticketed for an excessive DUI (above .20) and I have to plead in the morning. I do NOT want a trial because the evidence would sink me. The prosecuting attorney says that he will drop it to a regular DUI if I plead guilty (5 days jail & 6 months no license), but if I ask for a withheld judgement, it will remain an excessive DUI (10 days in jail and 1 year no license). My lawyer said that the only benifit of the withheld is that I will be able to say that I wasn't convicted of the DUI. Will I have to have an SR 22 if I go for withheld? I have never been in trouble before, so I think I'll ask for the withheld judgement. I would appreciate anyone's opinions.

People whine that we have lost 3000 men over the last 4 years. SHUT UP!! We lost 2500 men in ONE DAY... D-DAY. The day we invaded Europe, and set off the end of the war. We lost more men at Normandy in a week than we will probably lose in this whole war.
