If not a moped how about a scooter or E Bike ?

Most DMV's do not require a drivers' license with a moped; they treat the vehicle as a motorized bicycle.

I would check with your local DMV office.

If you lost your license, you are not entitled to the privilege of operating a motor vehicle . . how about a bicycle.

In Wisconsin you need a lisence to drive a moped, but some states you don't.

any motorized vehicle that requires tag cannot be operated w/o a valid license...get a bicycle
