Any will can be challenged in court in most legal systems, regardless of if they are fake or not. Can you prove that it is fake? If it is fake, where is the real will?

People here on Yahoo Answers have now idea what country, state, province, or whatever you live in... so no one can give you a better answer than that. If you want some free legal advice people have to know what laws might apply to you.

No, you are not required to file your will with any government agency. It does have to be witnessed by two people not related to the person making the will or anyone related to anyone named to receive something in the will AND it has to be legally notarized.
