why results of narco test,or brain maping,nor considered in abdul karims stamp paper scam?

if results of narco test or brain maping test are considered in the case of nithari and the beer man case,then why in the stamp paper scam the results of narco test not given importance because it has names of powerfull politicians,why the police has different standerds for common men and politicians.

do not have faith in narco test, in nithari case the servant said he was the only person responsible for the crime, panther did not know anything, also pather told he was innocent however further investigations by CBI has proved that both were equal partners in the crime
