I'm not in law enforcement, but I am in the LP/AP business. QUESTION: ebay cooperates with LE, does it cooperate as fully and equally with store-level AP/LP investigations? If you have someone you are looking at, can you get a person's seller ID without them having commited a crime? I want to get someone's seller ID, but I don't want them to know I have it (thus I don't want to ask the employee what their ID name is) I simply want to monitor what they are selling. Anyone have any experience in this?

How many people know that the 9-11 terrorists came legally student visas incorrectly done by someone in immigration? All my friends who have visas use lawyers and legal services to make sure their i's are dotted and t's crossed to prevent rejection. This indicates that they were walked through in all probability. They are still handing out student visas without investigating without doing all the required processing such that they are working all over this region and have never been accepted into a University or academic environment which is required prior to approval for a student visa. Someone said to me so what if they are also renewing tourist visas for 15 years while people work in the US on them for 15 years in a row at least they are here legally. It is not legal to be in the US or any other country on a tourist visa and work.

I sure hope not but I think he might...

His 1st generation African American heritage might cause supporters of the Darfur cause to push even harder on him than anyone else. I also think since he comes from a party led by heavy left-leaning people then he could become their pawn in a game geopolitical world chess. He hasn't stated anything that he would oppose US intervention in Darfur so I think he's leaving the door open for involvement.

Honestly, this is the biggest problem I have with him b/c I don't want American troops in yet another unwinnable civil war for no reason.

This question pertains to the USA, in particular, but I guess could be answered generally as well.

Why do so many fail health inspections ? Why are they all painted the same color? Would it hurt the taco stand to have a America flag or are they scared to give up their oath to Mexico? Many Mexican Americans complain about the lack of American flags saying the taco stands really want to make money off their oath to Mexico.

Heard this till its wore out. "They" hate us. Communist, terrorist or whom ever, why do other country's or persons so-called hate the U.S.? As a citizen by far the majority of us has done nothing personally to anyone that causes hatered toward us or the U.S. I think it would be better said "they" hate -------. Fill in the blank that makes sense to you why anyone would hate the U.S.

The main platform of the democrats for a while has been Bush-bashing. Anything Bush says, they automatically disagree. That's all they talk about...Bush, Bush, Bush. Do they know that he isn't running in 2008? They are going to need something else to stand on if they want to win. But then again, many in this country would probably still vote for a Democrat who has nothing else to talk about other than Bush.

Many of the prisoners at gitmo are being represented by attys from some of the most prestigous corporate law firms. It's mostly pro bono, but some families have given some money. All that money has been given to 9-11 families charities.

Recently, Cully Stimson, the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Detainee Affairs, has said he will be contacting the corporate clients of these firms and asking them to reconsider if they want to pay large legal fees to their terrorist supporting lawyers.

This is truly amazing.

Say what you want about terrorists, they are still just criminals, not some special group to be treated differently. And we don't know they are terrorists. That's why they have lawyers for upcoming trials. They are terrorism suspects. And lawyers represent clients they can't stand all the time. You think the public defender defending a child molester supports child molestation?

In the US every one is entitled to an atty. But it seems this Repub administration doesn't believe
