I think you have answered your own question there and I'm quite sure you are right and that they control anyone who gets elected in the US - democracy is just to make the sheep forget they are sheep.

American Enterprise Institute does. They always release a policy paper recommending an action a week before Bush announces he will be doing the same thing.
