I am moving in with my mom for the remainder of my senior year. I am only 17. My mom is way behind in her child support because she has been going through some hard times and couldnt afford it. My dad still has custody of me and for some reason wants me to live with my mother (i think it has to do with my step mom). So now that im going to live with my mother, does my dad have to pay child support?? he says he is not going to because my mom is way behind, but does that affect it?? If you guys could give me some advise and maybe a websiteso i have some solid evidance i would be very grateful... Thanks

Can a store deny to serve you based on the type of credit card you are using?

In the state of PA, I get an EPPI Card for Alimony. I have been denied using this card to make a certain purchase. If the signs all say they take Master Card (which this card is) can they honestly tell me they will not let me make my purchase using this card?

Stands to reason that if your argument for no WMD's being found in Iraq is because they were moved to Syria, seems that goal #1 in the "War on Terror" would be doing what ever it took to seize them in Syria. Right?

How come no one except the looney right fringe mentions this Syria/WMD connection theory?

Could it be that the WMD's didn't exist in 2002 at all? As the U.N. inspectors said. Before they were kicked out for the invasion.

And please don't quote people from 1998. "Evidently" between 1998 and 2002 they were destroyed. Like Hans Blix said.

So why did we start this war again?

There appears to be little individuality. If Someone says Grass is bad for you everyone panics as one. It is getting so bad and so obvious and this is actuallly a danger to the free world when we have 300,000 clones walking around getting "messages" on their I -Pods. Both were decorated war veterans. Both did not obtain the positions they sought (Arnold got passed over for promotion and McCain got passed over for the Republican Nomination).

Is there more?

Both are known for letting a foreign force attempt to take over the USA. With Arnold, it was the British. With "Amnesty John" it is the Mexicans.

Before any of you start questioning my loyality to the USA, let me explain that the day after I finished High School (1972) I joined the military. I spent 4 1/2 years active duty and am still in the Reserves. I went to the Middle East during the first Iraqi war and Eastern Europe during the Serbian Sanctions. I have sat on aircraft awaiting deployment to various hotspots. During the second Iraqi War I volunteered and served on active duty. I also swore that I would defend this country from ememies both foreign and domestic. So now, what is your opinion about the similiarities between "Amnesty John" McCain and Benedict Arnold?!

According to this article, Swift was punished by the Department of Homeland Security for testifying to congress about how difficult it is to comply with the law. It is true that if they fire someone without knowing for sure that the person is illegal, they can be sued. Immigration does not answer the phone to tell you if a particular person is legal or not.
