I was involved in a fight where the other guy had to go to the hospital and get stitches. He started the fight. Nobody saw the fight take place, but I do have friends that saw him picking a fight with me at the bar prior to the incident taking place in the bathroom. I'm now facing felony battery and a disorderly fine. How does this guy have a case?

My ex works for the district attorney's office. I work for a school district. She sent copies of when she had me arrested to the admistrative office, board members etc. saying that I hadn't told them about the arrest. I had informed them of the situation, but I feel that she was doing it to try and get me fired. This was all because our son wanted to come and live with me and not her.

Why do the anarchist from the pro-illegal side always say " Have you ever got a speeding ticket ?" . Is this fast becoming their new race card.

Is this the best argument they have ?
Why don't they ever show any proof to state their case ?

This is a week case at best, and goes to show that their cause is falling apart.

Where do YOU draw the line?
Would you trust your brain or heart to the Dr. who was addmitted and graduated from med school for reasons other then outstanding grades and performance?
How about the pharmacist preparing YOUR loved ones medicine?
Do you think these graduates provide services to the politicians who paved the way for their perferred status?

If you could interview any 1 political figure, living or dead, in the entire world from 1901 to 2001, who would it be and why? The rules for this interview would be simple, they would have to be completely honest, allow any question, and no time limit.
For me this is an easy question, I would love to interview Richard M. Nixon. Not because I think he was a great President, but because of the stories he could tell. The political intrigue, the scandals, the CIA, FBI, the people he knew like Herbert Hoover and Richard Helms etc. At the zenith of his power, in 1972, there was nobody, and I mean nobody who knew more about the United States and it’s “hidden secrets” than him. Nixon was a very complicated and controlling individual by all accounts. None of Nixon’s people did anything without his approval, either written or verbal, which of course was his undoing in the Watergate fiasco. I just think he would be a thoroughly fascinating person to speak with. Henry A. Kissinger & Robert S. McNamara would be my 2nd and 3rd choices. How about you? What’s your choice?

I am going to join the National Guard this upcoming summer and have until then to prepare. I am in very good shape running-wise. I can run a mile in the 4's and two miles in the 10's. However, I am very light for my height (6'2'') and am right on the line for the weight requirement. The requirement for my height is 139lbs, which is my weight. I also am sadly lacking in strength- I can barely bench 90lbs. Help! What do I need to do to prepare? I'm only seventeen years old, so certain things I am not able to do- keep this in mind. Thanks.

My assistant manager has been telling my co workers about my work performance. She'll tell them about how bad of a job I do, what I do wrong and that I always leave work for others when It's not true. She only says these things behind my back and has never mentioned it to me in the past. Does it fall into any employee privacy laws?
