I have a Fiance who is here on a visa waiver. We're engaged, and have been for a few months. She has left and come back to the states several times using the visa waiver (lasts only 90 days) (Her parents also live here in the states)

My question is that her attourney stated that it would be best for us to get married a day (or couple days) after her visa waiver expired so it wouldn't have it look like she came in last time knowing that she was going to get married.

Does anyone know if this is correct advice? Also does anyone have any knowledge on how she can get a temporary work permit? Supporting the 2 of us has been a brutal uphill battle.

HOWEVER WHEN EVER A 24 HOUR NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT OWNER WILL BE COMING TENANT SAYS NO THAT THE TIME IS NOT CONVIENIENT FOR HER. WHICH SEEMS TO BE 4 OF 5 TIMES REQUESTED BY OWNER.

I think its an interesting and creative way to deal with this situation. They are all things Kimmy likes and its aimed at simply aggravating him and those who support him. Will it work, or prove to be ineffective, in your opinion?

On campus in college, most bathrooms have signs saying "Keep our bathrooms clean: they are being monitered." Can there be security cameras in bathrooms? That sounds like a pretty hardcore violation of civil rights to me.

When it come's to the buisness of prostitution, I believe most people realize that it can absolutly be as profitable and professional as any other buisness. Even though the subject can be a little uncomfortable, we still need to let our official's know that we want our resource's freed up. And let grown adult's be left alone.
