No. All fines and probation should be discharged. With that on his record the airforce gained't take him. perchance waiting to get a waiver to affix the USN or the U. S. military later on although.

If you were seriously thinking about joining the Army, why did you go and mess up with the law.
They won't accept you in the Army now that you are on probation!
