When it come's to the buisness of prostitution, I believe most people realize that it can absolutly be as profitable and professional as any other buisness. Even though the subject can be a little uncomfortable, we still need to let our official's know that we want our resource's freed up. And let grown adult's be left alone.

It is not a federal issue. It is up to the states to make prostitution legal or not. That is inherently a matter of state law. Nevada is the only state that I am aware of that has decriminalized prostitution in all but Clark County (Las Vegas). It is still highly regulated for the safety of the customers. Now that they're legal, the brothels have to pay taxes and comply with health requirements like latex condoms every time. One brothel (Mustang Ranch, I think) was seized by the IRS because they did not accurately report their income. So there are some detriments to being legal.
