I want to get my family a resident visas for Dubai but our PRO got visit visas sponsored by me, instead. Can I change it to resident visas right after they get here? because I want to transfer my kid's schooling here asap. Do they need to exit to other country after 2 months just for a visa change? or is there a possible way to avoid the exit?...thanks

look i understand that we need to secure the borders that is a priority, i understand that coming here illegally is illegal, hence the term "illegal", i also understand that people should do it the right way. but..what i dont understand is people calling Illegal immigrants Criminals, people classifying them as criminals, well as far as i was concerned a criminal is someone who harms society, now i dont know about you guys out there but i havent been hurt by illegal immigrants, yes there are some that break the laws just as there are some American Citizens who break the laws and comit more horrific crimes, so why clasify them as criminals when about more than half of them havent even hurt society in any sort of way. anotehr thing i dont get is why do "anti Immigrant' people tend to use racial slurs and bash on people who just want to express their viewpoing? so please give me your viewpoint on this thank you

My computer recently broke down and I've been forced to share one with my dad. I have a new Ipod and I downloaded Limewire to get my songs, this was a few weeks ago. Today I went to download some new songs and on my limewire i noticed that my library was missing. I messed around with limewire for a little while before I found the sho hide on the toolbar thingy. I downloaded my song and decided to download the video as well. When it was done I went to Videos and found all of this child porn on the videos and it certainly didn't come form me. I think my dad downloaded it and I'm afraid to tell anyone in my family. I mean isn't i none of my buisness? But i think I heard even having it in your posession you can get into big trouble. I hid the library again and I havent been on the comp until today beacuse its eating me up inside. My dad for the record hasn't ever tried anything with me. Does having this stuff make him a pedophile? I'm just sooo confused I dont want my dad to go to jail

my sisters son is always in trouble with the police even tho hes 21 anyway other day police were in her house on their own without permision searching house with a key they had kept from her son this key they did not know the police had taken and kept when my sister came home and found police in her house searching she went mad at them and police said they had the right to enter house cos they had a warrant is this true ? what about your human rights to privacy

I am the mother of a US Army soldier that just got out of advanced training. My son just got his orders and will be going to Fort Carson, CO. I am so thankful that he will be here in the US, but had done as I was told early on by his recruiter and prepared myself for Iraq. I was just wondering how the Army determines what bases to send the soldiers to. Everyone else within his unit got sent to Germany or Korea. It was only he and one other that got to stay within our borders. How do the bases differ with regards to what they have in mind for my son?

on my job interview the paper said were u ever convicted of a crime..including robbery, shoplifting ect... and 4 ars ago i was with my friend and she stole and i also got a ticket for accesory to crime..so this job will do a background check to see and my record says that the case was dismissed without predijce and that i didnt owe any money to the court..also the paper said if the answers were answered wrongly that would dismiss u from hire.. i checked NO that i wasnt found gulity..is this wrong?? the job is a bank and i hope that doesnt stop me from getting hired..also i have been hired at other jobs that do background checks..there are 2 kinds of searches for that right?? i did a free one and my record never came up and then i looked at another site and my shoplifting thing came up?? does anyone know what kinds a searches banks do on criminal back ground checks??im worried

I worked for a movie producer who never paid me.
I registered his name as a website to warn others of my experience.
His lawyers claim I am breaking the law.
I dont want to remove the website, but I am willing to make changes to the text if required.

Since the time of LBJ Congress has (for want of a better term)raided Social Security to make the budget look better. And they did it in a way the corporate officers who are now in jail wish they could have done.

Congress passed a law that said it was legal to take money from Social Security funds and replace them with IOUs (US Treasury Bonds) and then they went and spent the money. What's wrong with that?

Well the problem is--- Government never makes any money. Oh it prints it but it never shows a profit. So when the Bonds come due how do they pay them off? They pay them off with your and my tax money. But wait a minute-- It was taxes that created the surplus in Social Security in the first place.

So they tax us, spend the tax money, then make us pay taxes again to pay back the tax money they spent.

We revolted because of taxation without representation. Well. Taxation with representation isn't too hot. Am I the only one who sees the flaw in this?
