If your a US citizen local recruiters office there in the phone book. If your from another country then try the US embassy in your country. If your a legal or illegal alien in this country try the local recruiter. That is if you want to join the US navy I don't know about other navies I would assume that the same system is in use in other countries.

will be more than happy to show you what the US Navy has to offer and how to sign up. The US Navy is a very excellant career choice as well as the other branches of
the US Armed Forces!!!!!!!!

all of the above are correct but remember all the good things they tell you (education travel money) are backed by some crappy ones (death injury having to kill others...)
