Because Grover Cleveland served 2 non-consecutive terms in office he is counted as the 22nd and 24th President. Surely this is just bad math?

my moped was recently stolen and recovered by the police. upon ringing them i was informed that i would have to pay £105 and £12 extra per day for everday i couldn't pick it up. i'm also told that i can't say keep it as it's not worth that much.

i was not asked by the police if i would like to pick it up myself, nor phoned by anyone untill i reported the theft 12 hours after it was recovered.

i live in lecester and recover company used was COCKerills recovery

i was also wondering if i had any legal rights in relation to having to pay out of my own pocket this amount and also if anyone else has had any simular experinces

I have spent much time reflecting on how to handle IRAQ. After considerable thought, we only have 2 realistic options: The western world becomes a Police State OR IRAQ does.

I believe we must look at the country as a whole. It can not be governed to Democracy while the masses are threatened continuously. Implimenting a Totalitarian government will secure the land and ensure the peoples well-being. Then after 3 decades we can move them to democacry

Is the US justified in this action? No, we should’ve never entered this mess without a real plan. UN maybe?

The honest truth is - at least two generations must pass in the country before we can expect any real success. IRAQ is too far gone to impliment a government without an infrastructure to support it. And that takes decades - which is doomed to the US attention span of gotta have results now.

People are affraid of their country turning into a police state… the solution is to turn them into one OR us. Your thoughts?

This question is for anyone, in any country who also thinks we are p!sssing in the wind, and getting no thanks for anything we do.

Lets put every Pound, Dollar, etc back into making our countries the best in the world.

Habeas Corpus has been suspended for American citizens...If you are pulled off the street tomorrow, and they call you an alien or an undocumented immigrant or an "unlawful enemy combatant"(this is defined as anyone the US President considers unlawful), how will you get your trial without rights?...they no longer have to tell you why they are holding you. sounds like a pretty amazing person.. my teacher told me today that during a political protest, an officer starting beating him. gandhi didnt actually retaliate. the officer then accidentally dropped his baton and gandhi merely picked it up and returned it to the man. apparently he chose not to fight back because he doesnt believe violence is the key to solve indifferences..

An employee gets a verbal and written warning for sleeping on the job and 3 months later is still sleeping on the job, we're talking anywhere from 10 min. to 1 hour at a time. Employee get fired, stating she had three months to get it straightened (employee said it had to do with medicine which makes her fall a sleep and now she is applying for unemployment .
