Do victims not have ANY human rights at all in the 21st Century?

I wish someone could tell me exactly WHAT right any victim has?

Of course he should be executed. Swiftly and publically. I don't buy into all that garbage about keeping him alive so he has to "live with what he's done" for the rest of his life.

That beast has no conscience. Kill him and be done with it.

Well ask yourself this, if someone brutally raped and killed your wife, your daughters, your son and your mother. Would you honestly say to the law "Pardon Him" because I wonder if " victims not have ANY human rights at all in the 21st Century?" Life only sucks when the shoe is on the other foot.

It will NEVER happen ! He should have been shot by the troops "accidentally" when they pulled his chicken azz out of the rathole !!
