That there should be health warning sign's on technology for people over 50. Because old people and technology don't mix, I'm alway's telling my mum off for crashing her computer!

Like on home Mobile phone's it could say : Warning this device can show your family your low IQ. Please hold up the right way up.

On PCs : Warning please do not use without the permission of your children.

Also I'd make all chocolate free. :o)

I'm with "Phlodgeybodge" on this one. I'd pass something which would allow me to have complete & utmost power (of course, since this is a hypothetical question, I'll give a hypothetical answer.)

Excluding becoming Emperor of the world, there's only two things I'd change:

1. I would change the Constitution so that Congress does NOT get to vote to raise their salary whenever they see fit (I can't actually believe they are allowed to do this), and

2. I'd give the President the power of line-item veto. Yes, this could cause problems if the wrong person is President, but this way the President could make sure that Congress doesn't slip in an "add-on" in a Department of Transportation bill which allots for $200 million be given to build a bridge in Alaska which which NOBODY will use.

I would pass a law that anyone wanting to hold office had to first go to a special school to learn how to run a country before being able to run and that they can only get paid what the job is really worth in terms of how much work they really put in to it.

I'd make a law that every person living in the country would receive 100,000 dollars on the 1st of January every year. Tax free. But you have to have lived in the country for 5 years at least to get the money.

My son leaves the peanut butter out on the kitchen counter every day atleast three times with the lid off and the knife still in it. It really annoys me and has become quite an issue round here.
I dont like peanut butter so I reckon I would be happy to see peanut butter outlawed before I turn it into a weapon, just kidding.
I'm now trying to think how peanut butter could possibly be a weapon, I dont think its possible, but hey, its late.

I would abolish the change of time zones in the UK, it is purely a waste of time having to adjust clocks , watches, time switches, video recorders, mobile phones, some hi-fi systems etc twice a year.
I would ensure that schools changed their opening times, to enable children to get to school in the light, and I would allow shops and businesses to adjust their working times if they want to use different times in the autumn, and spring, or at any other times, providing their workers were notified of the procedure in plenty of time.
The clock time in the UK would remain Greenwich mean time.
