Would you agree with corporal punishment as a mean of lawful punishment?

For example, in 1994, an American named Michael Fay pleaded guilty after being arrested in Singapore for vandalism. They sentenced him to four months in prison, and four to six lashes with a cane.

What is your opinion on corporal punishment? Do you think America should/shouldn't adopt corporal punishment as a means of discipling criminals?

The democrats control the house and senate. The house was the only obstacle.
Now with McCain considering running for President, this will give more time and more chances for immigration reform.
People like McCain and if McCain thinks its good, they will be made to understand.

The DAVE BARRETT special investigation final report that cost us 21 million dollars...it was commissioned to investigate the extreme abuse of power and corruption by the Clintons. (abuse is abuse) To get the report released Judges Fay, Sentelle and Reavely said that Barrett had to delete any evidence of wrongdoing by the Clintons. Senators Kerry, Dorgan, Durbin, Clinton, Waxman and Levin stated that there is NOTHING in the report....if the report was released, it could ruin Hillarys chances at the parking her double wide at Pennsylvania Avenue...if there is nothing in this report - fine . release it and let the chips fall where they may

On the one side, women should not just be allowed to have sex and throw away the consequence like an old rag. With sex comes responsibility.

On the other, what if the woman is raped? Or incest?


Personally, I think abortion should be outlawed unless it endangers the mother's life, she is an unfit parent (but how would you judge that?), or if she was raped or incest occured.

Why are the Republicans dubbed racists when it was the Republican Party that was started as an anti slavery party, a Republican president (Abraham Lincoln) who signed the emancipation proclamation freeing black slaves, and a Republican congress in the 1960’s that passed the Civil Rights Act and sent it to Lyndon Johnson to sign, and the only political party in this country who has an active member of congress who used to be in the KKK is a Democrat (Robert Byrd)? I was wondering, If you can call the cops if you feel that you know that that certain person stole my things, worth 150-200 bux. It looks like a group of people distracting me while I was buzy.
It happened on saturday, and I was discourage not knowing what to do, and the store manager cant do nothin about it. But this is the only time that happened, cause there were groups of people that newly came to this store. Now its sunday. Ill probably see those punks one week later, but i feel that even If i or someone will ask, they will deny it.
So can I call the cops one week later and force those delinquints to tell? plz help

if your wondering what item i lost its cards. I knew from the beginning that cards can be easily lost and im always careful, but this is distraction not forgetfulness.

So should i call them or not.. or what can i do...?

In Iraq I mean. I can understand their sick reasoning for killing Americans but come on, I mean,they're blowing up themselves, their own relatives, men, women, children, babies! And all for what? I mean they're killing way more of each other than they are military troops. Remind me once again, why that is!? I say we bring all of our troops home immedietly and send over about 150,000 Psychiatrists. What do you think?
