Absolutely, you can be charged. The law does not specify legal status of the person being run over.

Actually, I think illegals have more "rights" than the rest of
us Americans do. They get Social Security when they haven't
even paid into it. They get free health care. They get jobs
no one else wants. They get a free ride back over the border
if the border patrol catches them. They get instructions on
anything purchased written in their own language. They
had the right to protest in California and they did. So, it
might be better if you avoided running over them.

If an illegal immigrant shoot you he cannot be charged with a crime. Reason for that, using your dumb logic, is that, technically he/she are not here.

Yes, you CAN be charged. It doesn't matter if the person is "legal" or not, running over someone is still a crime.
