I have to admit to been greatly amused by the president's latest allegations against John Kerry. Does he actually believe that people are going to buy his take on John Kerry's remarks? John Kerry is a professional politician and he certainly would not alienate the electorate by insulting veterans as it would be political suicide. I guess President Bush is really worried about this coming election but I am surprised that his aides did not advise him against making an issue about this. This is going to blow up in his face...big time.

Anyone forget that Bush already beat Kerry?

Should we extend term limits to 3 terms so Bush can run a third time? Every time Bush wins something somewhere he's obsessed with fighting it on and on and on, until victory certainly doesn't look like victory anymore.

Iraq.
John F Kerry.

Anything else we can send bush in to win? Then re-battle. And re-battle.
Anyone else tired of Bush's obsession with the man he defeated?

When I rented from my landlord, neither of us signed any contract or agreement. I moved out about three weeks later and gave about a week's notice. My landlord refuses to give me my security deposit back now because I didn't give notice. Can this be legal? New York state, by the way..

"I'm sick and tired of a bunch of despicable Republicans who will not debate real policy, who won't take responsibility for their own mistakes, standing up and trying to make other people the butt of those mistakes," he said. "It disgusts me that a bunch of these Republican hacks who've never worn the uniform of our country are willing to lie about those who did." -- John Kerry

Should there be a law in place to not allow politicians to accept money from corporations, or special intrest ?

Make a set amount to be donated from a politician, and what he gets is what he gets. I think this will force political leaders to focus more on what the citizens want, and their veiws will go along with what they are in support of, which will show when the donations come flowing in.

Polls are not very reliable, but they were very skewed until recently, when they began to even out a bit as the election nears. Lose one, and if so which one, or lose both, or lose neither. Your thoughts?

Why is it people say democrats are sissys, while republicans are good, or that republicans are retarted, and democrats are good. Don't they relize they all are the same. nobody knows whats going on, and government is tsaking advantage of us. I was wondering who feels we should be able to vote on any and all matters, instead of electing these a**holes to make decisions for us? just wondering.

The last 2 elections have been very disgusting. All these smear campaigns and undemocratic plays have destroyed our republican democracy. I'm working to help our voters to look for a third choice and the only way we, the voters who swing the votes every election, can do this is by uniting. We need to fight the duopoly by having a package that allows for electoral reform like doing away with unopposed districts, allow for lower thresholds to be on the ballot, open up to IRV, allow for the use of multimember districts and proportional representation systems and fair elections. We seriously need a third party that can finally represent what us voters want! Remember: the Republicans did away with fusion voting& they started the whole ballot access thresholds. They were a third party before they won and maybe they closed the doors of democracy to third parties. We all must fight for our rights to have many choices when we vote, we should make the choices not the politicians.

ok my friend and i were arguing because the other day, i walked into the boys bathroom and got in trouble. (BTW im an 18 yr old senior at a small high school...and since im 18 and an adult, i believe i can walk into whichever bathroom i please!) but neway there was no one in there but me

and so im wondering, well boys and girls have separate bathrooms...isnt that discrimination? separate but equal?

im not implying i would like to actually use a boy's bathroom....in fact i find them repulsive...but i was just wondering, IS it discrimination?

I am neither a liberal nor a conservative. I looked at the voting history of presidential elections and there is a strong correlation with states with high literacy rate voting for liberals and states with lower literacy rate voting for conservatives. There are lot of things I agree and disagree with both sides. Is it possible that our educational system is more in favor with the liberals? Could this all be a discreet way to control our younger minds that liberals are a smarter choice than being conservative? Please help me understand for I am not that brilliant nor am I retarded.
