What about required breaks and lunch periods? (most states have no requirements on this)
What about limited number of daily worked hours? (no limits on this)
What about higher pay if you do not wish to receive health ins. or retirement benefits? (this saves the employer a lot of money if you don't take them)
What about a law against hiring new hires for the same positions as long term employees, then turning around and laying the long term ones off because they get paid more? (they do it all the time)
What about requirements to sign sheets against unions in order to get hired? (this should not be legal)
What about firing someone because of "heresay" or tattletales, but no real evidence? (they do this all the time too)
Workers need more protection! They keep the businesses going, they are the only way the companies can survive, but are treated like basic trash.

i took this from another site i posted this on

how do you feel about it, im leaving the argument open...for those of you that dont know what that means here is the definition(sp?) of Habeas Corpus (from wikipedia, im going to choose to post it here for the sake of a debate simply for footing):

In common law countries, habeas corpus, Latin for "you [should] have the body", is the name of a legal instrument or writ by means of which detainees can seek release from unlawful imprisonment. A writ of habeas corpus is a court order addressed to a prison official (or other custodian) ordering that a detainee be brought to the court so it can be determined whether or not that person is imprisoned lawfully and whether or not he or she should be released from custody. The writ of habeas corpus in common law countries is an important instrument for the safeguarding of individual freedom against arbitrary state action.

You constantly hear some Mexican people who live in the US get upset and ask why some Americans don't treat them like other american citizens. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that many of them consider themselves Mexican before being Americans. Like this picture shows:

See, my family came from europe just a few generations ago (so they did NOT come over on the Mayflower!) and I'm able to admit that Europe sucks. That's why my family came to America in the first place.

Why is this so hard to get?

Should we stay in Iraq and kill a bunch more innocent civilians? Maybe we should drop more tomohawks!!! That sounds like a great idea. If we really want no problems with Iraq, we might as well destroy every last one of them, right?

Then after we are done spreading that beautiful democracy we can take all our soldiars we have over there. Force them to build a few thousand factories, and work for 5.15 an hour. Wait... We can make them work for less. Thats why we create a fake Iraq government. FREE TRADE BABY!

Oh yeah, and send American jobs over there as well. Cause you know we can make a living at some fast food chain restaurant.

Then after we're done with Iraq we can pay more attention to spreading peace and democracy in Iran, Hezbollah, e.t.c. Until the world is perfect!

GEORGE BUSH KNOWS WHAT HE IS TALKING ABOUT! He even wrote his own dictionary, and his own style of grammar.

AMERICA IS THE BEST COUNTRY IN THE WORLD... WHAT DO YOU THINK??

When the Pilgrims landed here does anyone here honestly believe they would have gotten back on the boat and sailed right back home if the Native Americans presented them with their written law saying they were not allowed here? Give me a break! The white people didn't abide by their own laws and own word and broke treaties with the Native Americans. Everybody is talking about how "we paid for this land". I don't see too many rich Native Americans walking around...in fact, I don't see that many at all! Hmmm! Wonder what happened to them? And for those of you who want me to ask Native Americans what they think about illegal immigration - WHAT DO YOU THINK THEY ARE GOING TO SAY?! Look what happened LAST TIME that happened. They almost got wiped out.

The illegal aliens enter the United States illegally, forge documents, steal American ID's, drive without driver license and insurance, not show up for court dates. Harbor other illegal aliens, don't pay child support, don't pay federal taxes. Many return after being deported which is a felony.

Is this OK with you? Have you ever been in trouble and let go without a punishment or fine mulitple times like illegal aliens?

He was a freedom fighter, that opposed evil and corrupt dictators. Many of whom were CIA puppets.

Then he was murdered with no trial.

If he would of succeded Central and South America would be economically sound and a global power.

And YES, I admire him very much. I added a tribute to him on my yahoo 360! CHE LIVES!

2) He shamed the Dixie chicks
3) He bashed Michael moores FH911
