As glastograysy says. Fill in an expenses claims form. You may well have to keep proof of cost. i.e. train tickets, bus tickets, receipts from taxi cabs, etc.

Fill out an "expense form" without any spelling mistakes.

Look at your contract of employment and see if you are eligible, if you are get a form or ask your boss for one.
