I was driving back from Miami when I got pulled over in Asburn,GA. I live in Atlanta,Ga its about 2 to 3 hours from where I live. My ticket is 826, because of a work zone. I really dont want to pay it, because i have no money and Iam a student. They wont let me re schedule my court date. What happens if I dont pay my ticket. Do they really come and arrest me? I dont think Asburn police would drive 3 hours to come get me. What should I do?

Do you agree with the following statement made by one of my colleagues?

"Democrats rigorously maintain that Clinton did everything in his power to fight terror...however now they throw up every road block that we need to fight it today...audio and financial surveillance, the Patriot Act and aggressive interrogation. They can't have it both ways. Now they say that our proactive attack of terror is breeding more terrorists. When we went to Europe to fight the Nazis did we create more Nazis? Under their twisted logic...we are not
supposed to do anything because it will anger our enemy. These people are truly psychotic."

I absolutely do, althought I don't think that they are ALL psychotic(!)

In his interview with Chris Wallace, Clinton was visibly upset by the accusations that he did nothing to fight terrorism. He said, "They ridiculed me for trying. They had eight months to try, they did not try."

Condoleeza Rice fought this claim by saying the of the Bush administration: "What we did in the eight months was at least as aggressive as what the Clinton administration did in the preceding years."

now is in the public eye, so why are so many people angry at bush. "FORT BRAGG, N.C. -- Federal agents detained 28 construction and landscaping employees Tuesday during a check for false identification at Fort Bragg, the post said.

"They found they had false or fraudulently obtained identification cards," said Tom McCollum, a spokesman for the 18th Airborne Corps. "None were U.S. citizens."

Jewish Groups Get Federal Safety Funds

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security has allocated $5.1 million in security funding for nonprofit, faith-based institutions in California, with $3.75 million earmarked for L.A. County. Synagogues, Jewish agencies and day schools across Los Angeles County make up the bulk of local nonprofit institutions receiving the local funding.

A state Office of Emergency Services listing of recipients shows that of the 46 local nonprofits getting funding, 28 are Jewish institutions representing almost $2 million combined out of the $3.75 million. The grants attracted 87 Los Angeles nonprofit applicants. Los Angeles City Councilman Jack Weiss, whose district includes the San Fernando Valley and the Westside, spearheaded the push for L.A. funding.

Don't they see the damage they do to America? America is rejecting them and the GOP policies en masse - it's just time to slip away quietly GOP, if you want to save any face whatsoever.
If you go out on a bad note now - don't expect to win any major national election again for decades. Oh well, what's bad for the GOP is good for America.

I need to get out at 17?
I am a 17 year old girl, VERY unhappy at home. There is no abuse, just living thru hell I understand that it is not uncommon for teenagers to go through this but i am sick of sleeping on the couch and being told that i am not wanted. I have good grades and i am wondering can i just leave to this ladies home that works at our school without my parents permission? I will be in a happier place then now.
