Can someone help me with what exactly is meant by the quote in The Federalist Papers No. 51 by James Madison that says: "If men we angels, no government would be necessary. If angels were to govern men, neither external nor internal controls on government would be necessary." I'm studying it in school and I'm trying to get a better idea of what that means, mostly just the second sentence. Explanations? Thnx!

Things have been real tense with my husband and I lately, we don't make love very often,we get agrivated with each other. I asked him if he's bothered that we don't make love very often he told me no, but I have noticed that when he goes to kiss me he just kisses me on the forhead, cheek, or nose. And if he kisses me on the lips its just real quick peck. What does this mean when your husband begins acting lik this?

A few years ago, I moved into the attic of my parents house. It is an old farmhouse built right after WW2. My bedroom has a big crawlspace in it that has been used for storage since the house was built. a couple of years ago, I was cleaning it out and I found a set of tags that must have belonged to someone who used to have my bedroom. I sort of forgot about them until recently. Should I do something with them? Turn them in somewhere or something?

I went to refill my welbutrin at the local CVS (the one base pharmacies don't carry it). SInce it is a name brand, I expected to pay the $9 cost as usual. Instead, I was informed that I would now need to pay $22 per refill. I did a search on Tricare to find out why, but no luck in finding a specific answer. Does anyone have any idea? I am not complaining as this is still less than most people have to pay, but I am curious.

The attackers attempted to hire them and when they did not accept to work for $6 dollars an hour they were brutally attacked while racial slurs were being yelled. The racist then attempted to run them over and other nearby spectators, they did accomplish to run someone over.

The racists were arrested and are being charged with a number of crimes, that include hate crimes, attempted murder just to name a few.

I will update this with a link as it becomes available. I just happened to be watching the news and they gave a short preview.

In mexico you have to have a work visa to get a bank account, house, cable, phone, job etc. A car dealership will get fined 6000 if it sells a car to an illegal. Mexico cant hire a non mexican unless no mexican wants it or qualifies. The united states can control its population so why doesnt it?

my boyfriend hit me the other day with acorn on the cob ya that was the weapon and i called the police i don't know why but then i said i didn't want to charge him but they didand then i had to give a video statement they learned that he's hit me before and that there is actually one report at the hospital when i thought my jaw was dislocated but now we can't speak i'm living in his house and i want him here i often started the fights but don't get me wrong we shouldn't hit but he shouldn't have 4 charges laid upon him and not only should he take the blame and not be aloud to come home. Help me i know nothing about the way this works and my kids miss him even though he's not there father he was actually better than their real one
