I promise to study and put back in time whatever I take from Welfare.
I would need a house and car to get me going.

Unfortunately, there are no more jobs available here in the US. The real place to go is India. India has such a shortage of people they are hiring and training people in the technical field every day. All you have to do is be willing to work, and the sky is the limit.

You are the same guy who responded to somebody else's question that blue collar workers "don't make a tangible contribution to society", but you apparently don't mind taking money from them do you?
