My boyfriend and I are going to split up and he's saying that if I leave that he's going to take our kid and run away with her and since he is the father that he can't get in trouble for it. So my question is since he is the father and there is no formal custody arangement made by the courts can he run away with her and not get into trouble or would this be considered kidnapping?

He keeps coming on to my property and eating my watermelon and pooping on my back porch.

It is either 'Bigfoot' or a really hairy Canadian dude.

What are my options, within the law?

I'm sick of hearing that comment. People keep asking me if I am legal. I'm as Americn as any of you. My family has lived here for generations. And my Great Grandparents from both sides Quickly Americanized and didn't even teach their kids their Native language. They were born in other countries but they died Americans. But for reals enough already.

I don't get why American conservatives hate the Un. The Un is a peaceful body, where the world comes together and solves their issues.

The UN has no full-time standing army. UN presently has troops under it's control, from other nations.

Don't you think it's time for a full-time standing United Nations army to deal with international threats?

I live in NJ, I've had my provisonal license for two weeks and i received a ticket for violating the provisonal license by driving with more than one passenger. When I go to court, I will probably only have to pay a fine, but do you know if the judge will ask why I got pulled over in the first place since driving with more than one person does not mandate being pulled over? The reason i ask is that i told my mom i got pulle dover for my tailight being out but really i was speeding but the cop didnt ticket me for that.

Is the government expected to work without pay if people are expected to serve in the military even without pay?
If the government can break a GI bill contractural payment level can an enlisted break military contracts?
When I got out of the military the Houses voted and passed decreasing our GI bill contracturally promised GI bill payments for completing our term of service Honorably and for paying into the system. They claimed it was for economic reasons. That year they did not vote down their automatic 3 percent pay increase either. If the government can do this with Reservists can an enlisted person just cancel a military contract without any consequences also. We eventually got it back with more as the troops for the war in Kuwait was supplied mainly with GI bill students. After the war because of the money Kuwait gave the government they gave part of it to the GI bill students such that there was a slight increase in the original contracturally promised amount. I was also told that there is not any such thing as slavery in the U.S. So why did people who decided to get out of the military have to go to Canada?
Your question is flawed by the assumption that existing benefits are "contractual." There is no contract. Quite some time ago the Supreme Court ruled that the obligation to serve exists independently of the government's obligation to even pay salaries. You might have joined up with that expectation, but that does not make it a contract.
when under contract an enlisted or officer corp cannot legally sue for redress from the government and after they wont release their copies to you of your 201 file makeing a law suit harder they delayed my enlistment after the vietnam era benefits so i wouldnt get the college and medical
I would prefer not to have to kill at all, but hey! If I've got to do it, I'd rather be paid for it. However, my sense of duty and honor is above mere pay.

Keith Olberman, of MSNBC, feels that media persons should not take sides in politics even to the point of them not voting. At least that's the way I understand what he said. Does anyone else agree with him and why?

I feel it's my responsibility as a U.S. citizen to vote, whether I'm a reporter not not.

How big is his thingie?

It seems to me, illegal immigration is concerned with lesser issues. The important issue is not whether they should be allowed to work here, but rather, how tall they are. It seems to me the average height of an illegal mexican immigrant male is around 5'3"

Average legal immigrants from non-border countries like India are around 5'7", Korea, 5'7" New zealand, 5'8.5", etc.
