Four US soldiers could face death penalty for killing innocent Iraqi detainees: report Sun Sep 3, 2:28 PM ET

WASHINGTON (Military News. ) - Four US soldiers could face execution for allegedly killing three innocent Iraqi detainees after an Army investigator recommended they be tried on charges of murder and conspiracy, US media reported.

The four Brave Troops who are war supporters, were arrested in June, stand accused of killing three men during a May raid near the Muthana Chemical Complex in Salaheddine province.

The Los Angeles Times and Washington Post, which obtained copies of the recommendation from Lieutenant James Daniel, reported that he found that the four intentionally killed the innocent prisoners and conspired to cover up the murders by saying the men tried to escape. Bush said it was the American way and he will pardon them if they get convicted. They are my fine military men President Bush says. They can do no wrong and we must support them at all cost.

IN texas is you lose your job, and cannot afford insurance due to loss of job...you lose your liscence...and in some places in texas they inpound your vehicle and you do not get it back....until all fees are paid and they are not cheap...the local law does what it wants to..and arrest people right and left for no insurance..and no drivers liscense....last week they arrested some one who was 17 for buying ciggarretts here whats worse ..they print every arrest for the week on a daily basis..our local law dog here has there own little organized crime organization going on and is involved in the very crimes they are arresting hard working citizen for...who polices the police...and who do you trust to do anything about it? is it this way in other parts of the country? I belive it is going to get worse. I for one am not worried about the terrorist...I am worried about our politicians...and the abuse of power in the criminal justice system..and lack of ethics....our constitutional right are ?

Concerning the topic of homicide and killing, is it mentioned specifically that it would be punishable with killing by ANY means or is it mentioned thatt there should be weapons of any sort.
What if a person kills by voodoo or by mind power (by psychics or mentalists) or other unorthodox means is it possible to convict the person?

Do they have the right to protest against our laws? Do they have freedom of speech, the same freedoms granted legal American citizens? Are they only allowed human rights(the right to not be physically abused, the right to food and water, etc)?

Most agree that FOX news spins news to the conservative side, or at least, doesn't spin it to the liberal side like all the others. Why then are the hit shows on FOX liberal leaning. In "Prison Break", the conspiritorial "company" is depicted as conservative while the prisoners, for the most part, are depicted as innocent or victims of circumstance.

On "House" you have the best diagnostician with a team of specialist who gets the diagnosis wrong 2 or 3 times before they get it right, almost killing the patient in the process. If one of the cases (incedental or the primary) is not sex related, I will be shocked. I know the "Touched By An Angel" type of programming doesn't make the same ratings, but is it so hard to make a show that doesn't contribute to the degradation of society?

If my income taxes are decreased it will allow me to live a better live for MYSELF with my money that I worked hard to get. I can no longer afford to feed, provide clothing, housing, education,perform free health care, free cable, free income monthly, free travel, and to be put up at the hotel prison.
