CSE said he cannot be located. My case has been in locate for the past 3 years.But the NCP still resides at the same address for the past 12 years. Still working cash under the table. I have recieved no payment in many years. Is there someone one out there that will help me get my child support?

laws obviously vary by location..........where i live, the county will use "revenue recapture" which is taking tax refunds and other monies from the non-paying parent to collect on child suppor arrears. another way the county can "get their attention" is to revoke their driver's license and require them to become current on child support obligation to get their driving priveleges back.
contact the child support caseworker for your county and see what your options are about letting the county do this for you at no expense to you.

Well, since you know his address, and since you seem to know where he is working and that he is getting unreported income, you could find a private investigator who would document this for you. Then you could turn it into CSE. But the outcome could be that the government would then be aware of unreported income and taxes due, and he would probably end up being charged with tax fraud and you still might get nothing as a result. It's a hard call. Wish I had a magic answer for you.

Dont know where you are located so its difficult.
WIthout that document where he loves and works, and sit down with your elected officials, especially before election day
The problems is, you have to find assets to collect.
