Most US states have serious consequences to driving under the influence of alcohol. Nevertheless, drunk driving incidents and fatalities continue to rise. In addition to the many already deterants to drunk driving already in place, what else can be done to stop this problem and save innocent lives? As a pedestrian, I am fearful of walking on the side-walk when these maniacs are on the road!

My father's dad has not seen his brother since 1972. The last time he knew anything, his brother was in Arabia. He just disappeared. There was no way of them keeping in contact.

First you vote for the war. Send our troops thier to fight with the same intellegence the president had. Then things dont turn out so well. Run Forrest, Now all you can do is bash the president and say end the war and its Bush's fault.. Hello you voted for it to the only thing is you would have our troops leave and the people who died would have died for nothing... Make up your minds. Can a liberal vote for something and stick with thier choice or without taking a poll. Is it not true that our troops are still in Bosnia, Thank you Mr Clitoris... I mean Clinton

They are out there risking their lives for you everyday, yet people treat them like trash. Yes, they stop you for breaking the law, yeah i know you were only going 10 over but thats still a violation. Police officers take bullets for civilians, yet people still call them pigs. The truth is they have the most dangerous job out there and they do it for a low salary and bad hours. Only a criminal would talk down about them. A law abiding citizen has nothing bad to say about them. Who do you call when someone breaks into your home, who do you call when youve been attacked, who do you call when your life is in danger? You call the cops.

I just watched the news. They were talking, yet again, about breaking up families if they deport the.....people.....that are here illegally. Why? They do not have to be split up at all. It's so simple my 9 year old granddaughter can see it. Send the illegals and their minor children back to where they belong! What the hell is the hold up?

9-4-06 Univision TV News announced that the Mexican consulate in CA recieves thousands of US dollars to aid families return the dead bodies of loved ones to their native homes who had a last wish to be buried in their home town in Mexico, legal immigrants or not. These families are entitled to partial or full funding of the cost of the trip to and from Mexico for the shipping of the deceased. What bothered me most was that the young 19 yr. old died of a drug overdose and his mother, an illegal alien wanted the consulate's help and recieved it at the cost of the American taxpayer. I was flabbergasted since I have worked in the funeral business for over 30 yrs. and no American was ever helped to be buried in their home town as a last wish. In my part of the country family and friends became responsible for those last wishes not the government or a consulate. This issue doesn't help immigration issues a bit. Contact ur congress people and react to them where it counts.

Do you have any idea what happens when "WE the people" try to change the gov in this country? Just take a llok at waco, TX and Ruby Ridge....For a country with so much freedom, we've managed to become complacient and just roll with whatever our gov wants. Anyone who tries to actually change the gov (And i don't care what anyone says, protesting does not work) suddenly finds themselves on the wrong end of a media drive-by.!!!!

Could it be YOUR personal war on
the Iraqi citizens for revenge on
"That bad man who tried to kill
your precious daddy"?

Hope Daddy's beaming with pride
on you Mr. Bush,
Cuz Americans sure arn't.
