The thought bothered me enough for me to come up with a proposal. Remember JFK’s “Ask not what your country can do for you, but what you can do for your country”? It got me thinking that we Americans need to start thinking less about ourselves and thinking more about our country. How can we give back instead of asking for, wanting, or demanding more? Doesn’t our President deserve to see an expression of unity and patriotism from his nation’s peoples after all the good he’s done for us?

Do you get angry? Do you automatically assume it's a Mexican (or possibly Cuban) illegal immigrant? Will you treat someone who looks hispanic or speaks Spanish differently? or even if you wouldn't treat them differently, do you harbor bad feelings for them until you find out they are legal, or do you see them positively until seeing proof that they are illegal?


Asking because my wife is from Argentina, and we're moving there soon, and get used to us speaking Spanish because I am learning and don't want to forget.

Read about how Hazelton PA got stopped by the ACLU saying its "Unconstitutional" to keep ILLEGAL immigrants out of their city. What do you think? Is the ACLU really needed for this? Since now it seems like the ILLEGALS have more rights than the American Citizens do.

There are three people at a bar. One is Mexican, one is Iraqi and the other is American. The Mexican gets a beer drinks it then he throws the glass in the air takes out his pistol and shoots it to pieces. He says in Mexico glass is so cheap we do not need to drink out of same glass twice. Then the Iraqi gets a beer and drinks it. He also throws it in the air and takes out his AK47 and shoots it to pieces. He says in Iraq we have so much sand that we too do not need to drink out of same glass twice. Then the American gets a beer and drinks it and throws the glass up. He then shoots the Mexican and Iraqi and catches the glass and says, "In America we have so many illegal immigrants that we dont need to drink with the same ones twice."

I am staying in an sublease appartment for past 5 months. Now the person from whom I had taken up sublease had extended his lease with the authorities and asking me to vacate or pay rent which is more than the actual rent of the house.

Can u please advise me that is it legal to sublease the appartment at the rent higher than what authorities are charging??

can I do something about it as he is not ready to transfer the lease on my name....please help me urgently

I am wondering if I should be considered White eventhough my last name is Lopez. I have blonde hair and blue eyes. People tell me that I look like the actor Tim Robbins. m truely not a liberal or a conservative, I just simply belive a president should do what's best for our country, am I against the war in Iraq? Absolutely not, I'm just against the way our president went about it, he's not a good leader, face it, he's weak.
