If I wanted a copy of the United States Constitution 15yrs ago, what did I have to do to get it?

I am writing a report regarding the U.S. Constitution and I need to know how copies were obtained 15yrs ago? I have to provide this answer in my report. I'm hoping that someone can help me. Please advise. Thank you!

Go to the Library.

Hard-copy prints could be obtained from the Libary of Congress.

Most legal publishing companies also printed pocket copies for law students.
