Would it be the price of gas rising to US30 / gal. or the exposure of the truth in evolution and the Christian hoax? Would it be the revalation that humans can use their brain to change thought and behaviour for good? Would it be the exposure of the dangerous Cult Alcoholics Anonymous ( the realization that a brain can be used in a positive way would be too much for them......mass suicide!)? Or, would another radion broadcast like the one in the1938 "Mar Attacks" do the job?

Who thinks we need to Shi* or get off the pot in Iraq.?

Are we going to drag this war out for 10 years or can we go in there with the force we should have done in the first place and finish this quickly. Do we die fast or die slow. I think we need to pull out or go in there and with extream numbers and force and finish this because the longer we are their the more damage we do.

Isn't a bit obvious that the Neocons are gaming points with 15 thumbs down answers being picked anyway?

And the answer is crap from the get go...It's really easy to pick out who is running multiple profiles now by the patterns they are using, and the answers being the same ones over and over...besides copy and pasting other peoples answers from previous questions...Who agrees that this is all bogus, and isn't real to what the American public is reacting too? Will the Neocons ever cease the charades on Yahoo Answers? I know these are tough to answer questions when you are using multiple profiles so take your time....I'm going to put this to a vote..

What would be the least time consuming way to stay up with current events?

Seriously.......I have been so wrapped up with my children I need my brain jump started and my mind sharpened in other areas......looking for balance in my life.......although I do not regret all the time spent caring for and teaching my children as they get older I noticed I need more for them.....

the northwest passage canada's or the worlds?

it does run through the archepalago of the NWT and nunavit
so any enviromental desaster would be canada's clean up
so why doesn't the american government believe that canadian law does not apply

i did some real hard out research and found that russia and china has same military tech. as america. response

russians and chinese r matching anything new the americans r making or even bettering it...russians r about 2 yrs behind america but a huge advance when they were 20 yrs behind bak in the days..and china is like 4 yrs behind....but RAPIDLY growing...chinese economy is strong and thus gives more military purchasing and developing power....and since russians r giving their most advanced weapons to iran...iran is becomin very advanced...and have started developing their own sh*t...the gap between america and russia and china is closing fast...during these 5 or so yrs...all american aircrafts including fighters,bombers,transport..etc the american F-22 Raptor and F-35 Lightning are matched by russians...also missiles..all kinds weapons r matching...also ships with destroyers ....torpedoes.....these 3 or 4 yrs russia. and china have made huge progress especially with chinese economy growing they have $$$ to buy and make weapons....So do u think americas dominance is decreasing by the day??

Renters required to prove they are legal,read the details,before you answer?

The mayor of Hazleton,PA says illegel immigration is destroying small towns,that dont have the buget to deal with the influx.The city concel passed a law that landlords renting to illegels would face fines.He now wants renters to have to go to city hall to obtain a renters permit.The permit requires a background check with the Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
Opponents are ready to fight this law.The Puerto Rican Legal Defence and Education Fund and the PA chapter of the ACLU say they are preparing a lawsuit.
Four states have passed similar state laws laws:Georgia,Louisanna.Colorado and Pennsylvania.So it is possible to draft local city ordinances that deal with immigration that will stand up to judicial scrutiny.
My question,what are your thoughts on laws such as this.Are they good for protecting the landlords from facing fines,are they an invasion of personal rights, are they a way of controling the illigel immigration problem?

I'm considering the marines after high school. is it worth going into? are benifits good as well?

i am a senior in high school and i wanted to know if i joined the military if it would be a good enough experience that would make it a good decision for my life. i dont want to make a dumb decision based on nothing and i feel that just reading the marines website might be biased since its goal is to make you join. i am directing this to people who maybe have been in the service so that i can get a true answer about wat is smart or not. also is there maybe a different thing i can do as far as the service that is also smart? thanks

Why can't we have political discussions on this site without name-calling?

And why do some people start screaming about how unpatriotic another person is just because the person has a viewpoint that opposes that of the current government? Is it not our responsibility as Americans to question our leaders and encourage them to make decisions based upon the will and best interest of the people?
