The answer to both is possibly. Most political "projectors" have the Senate splitting at or close to 50-48-2 (with the two independents caucasing with Democrats). With the Senate effectively 50-50, the Senate would be in Republican hands (as Dick Cheney is the President of the Senate and breaks tie votes).

The same people tend to predict that the House will stay Republican, but since they usually try to use scientific measurement and polling is not available for most House races, it may not be accurate. The general feeling is that the House has a decent chance (perhaps 55% or so) to flip, and the Senate a lesser one.

that's actually no longer a Democrat or Republican ingredient. The President instruments the funds and then Congress recommends spending ranges. They artwork on live performance with one yet another. those Congressional Committees that set the spending ranges had Democrats and Republicans agreeing to Bush's proposals. At any factor, any of them might want to have spoke up. instead, they merely enable Bush dictate each thing and then even as he did no longer have adequate for his wars, they merely gave him billions more effective without a lot competition. each and each area are in the incorrect right here. Neither one receives to declare superiority.

It really doesn't matter anymore. The United States is headed for war with Iran. The muslims terrorists will finally get their chance to use "Nukes" and kill millions. That's all they seem to understand. The world can thank countries like France and Germany and Russia and a few others for turning their backs on the rest of the world and letting this deadly situation develop. The US better pull the troops out of Iraq pretty soon because Iran's first target is Baghdad. That will be their first "Nuke" testing ground.

No they won't. Fanatical hippies have taken over the Democratic party. They are guaranteed only a 33% vote. Most of the 33% are die-hard, clueless democraps that would vote for Hitler if he had a [D] by his name.

If you don't know what I'm talking about, watch Lieberman win as an independent.

I have a better question. Do you really think it will make any difference of they do? There is no difference between democrat and republican they are all liars and thieves whose only true loyalty is to staying in office. If you want change then vote for a real change not the other side of the same coin.

IN 2006? no if they are voted in, in November they wouldn't take office until 2007.

And even though quite a few republicans are unhappy with "W" they are still republican voters and will still hold the high moral values they have always had. And will vote that way.
