so any enviromental desaster would be canada's clean up
so why doesn't the american government believe that canadian law does not apply

Never heard of Nunav(i/u)t (sounds like 'none of it'). So I looked it up. Beautiful photos.

Please explain why you think that the US believes that Canadian law does not apply.

BTW. The way you stated the question (double negative) implies that the American government DOES think Canadian law appies.

It helps to have a basic understanding of the rules of English.

You could say, "So why doesn't the American government believe that Canadian law applies?"

Or "So why does the American government believe that Canadian law does not apply?"

Much better that way.

greed is the reason and prevent free trade is as big a part of what america does as incourage it .
Ishrug to think at what they plan for 10 years from now if the caps melt and am not to sure that they have not planned it .
AND feel we can cut the travel time and decrease costs .

I say it belongs to Canada, but you can't close other countries off to it.
