My husband is being taken back to court for joint custody by his ex wife. She signed over full custody over a year ago and agreed to one weekend a month. She says now that she has changed her mind and states that she was coerced and intimidated to sign the previous papers. During the last court hearing the judge asked his ex if she had been brided, intimidated or coerced and she told him NO, and said that nobody makes her do anything she doesn't want to do. Now she has a lawyer and they are claiming that she WAS coerced, and she wants half cusdody. Yet, like I said, she already told the judge she was not. We believe she is trying to avoid paying child support, my husband just recently asked for some. Also, my husand has been an upstanding father and she has no proof otherwise. I don't think that the judge will change things when nothing is wrong, she already gave up custody and keeps changing her story and her mind. We do have a great attorney by the way. What do you think?

I get so perturbed at the rudeness of drivers who will not indicate where they are going by using a turn signal. Is it that complicated?

to do great things...

only to prey on other human being's.

When do you stop looking at the stars, and decide to become a cheat, putting a 80 year old woman out on the street(legally, of course)...

Or win a class action suit(such as Blockbuster), and tell you kids "justice" was served, only for the victims to recieve a coupon...

Yes, more reasons to LOVE bad lawyers(about 90% of em')

There's alot of squawk about the world or something ending in 2012 because that's when the Mayan Calandar ends. Isn't it possible that it is only the MAYAN world that ends in 2012? And all those hanging onto the Maya/Aztec beliefs? Like La Raza and others who falsely claim the SW USA is their land. I won't be sorry to see them go. Only those who follow the rules and integrate will survive into the new world (SW North America) ...AMERICANS!
What are your thoughts on this?

Politics aside, purely strategy and military stand point.

I am not anti-Semite, I have Jewish friends. I know how well equipped the Israeli forces are, but I just love a damn underdog kick a.s.s.!
Heard they can now destroy a Merkava tank! Cool!

To all arm-chair commanders out there, what's it look to you?

really if they can assault a hospitall and capture 4 lebenians then one would think that a destruction of a country is a little much right? after all the media says that hezbola is a political party in that country right well if isreal continues this plan of action ,are they going to be held responcible for the rebiulding of that country. like the U.S rebuilt veitnam or are they going to be allowed to just let the rest of the world clean up its mess as it stated today on CNN really their are injustises all over the globe everyday so why are the zionist so special it looks to me like they are the agressors not the defenders who is going to be responcible for the clean up?are there allowed to be more than repulican and democratic or libritarian parties in a democrocy and if there are then in an independent democracy of an independent country arnt they allowed to determine who belongs to it and why dont they just fuse hesbola into its military and make them part of its deffence machine

Would cause a political question to be removed? I asked about an ugly hypothetical scenerio in geo politics and it was deleted. The question was - what if China was behind fundamentalist Islam in order to weaken the west and free world? What is wrong with asking that "ugly" question? I just wanted to know what would people's reactions be if such a terrible thing were proven?

A second strategy is to distract you by shifting the focus of a discussion to condemning Christianity and the Bible. These Muslims not only don’t want you to think about the overwhelming flaws in the Islamic scriptures, they want you to believe that by comparison to Christianity, Islam isn’t so bad. Sadly, their presentations of Yahuweh’s Scriptures are completely erroneous, and thus their arguments are baseless. If you want proof, read Yada Yahweh. Like God’s gift of life, it’s also free.

Further, by attacking Yahuweh’s Word, Islamic apologists actually prove that Islam is a fraud, because Allah claims he inspired the Torah, Psalms, and Gospels. The notion that these books were altered by the Jews so as to explain why they are now the antithesis of the Qur’an is not only impossible, the evidence to the contrary is overwhelming. So it’s Allah’s lose-lose scenario. If the Bible is inspired the Qur’an cannot be, because they differ in every way and on

It's about annexation, stupid!

Officially, Israel's ground invasion of Lebanon is an act of self-defense against Hezbollah's threat, aimed at creating a security buffer zone until the arrival of a "multinational force with an enforcement capability". But increasingly, as the initial goal of a narrow strip of only a few kilometers has now been extended up to the Litani River deep in Lebanon, the real motives behind Israel's invasion are becoming crystal-clear.

It's about (de facto) annexation, stupid. This is a war to annex a major chunk of Lebanese territory without necessarily saying so, under the pretext of security buffer and deterrence against future attacks on Israel.

Many people are calling for a full troop withdrawal from Iraq. I am opposed to it, but I admitedly don't know the details of how a withdrawal would impact America's long-term Middle East strategy. I am curious to hear any thoughts on how pulling out would influence that strategy, and what our strategy would be post-withdrawal.
