the andrea yates case will be a setback for the feminist political machine?

2006-08-04 12:27:38 · 9 answers · asked by Wyatt Earp 2 in Politics & Government Law & Ethics

the feminists movement has given fathers no voice in family court and the case shows how a woman will still be the caretaker of children even when they are completely unfit if a man was diagnosed with an ailment of this sort he would not have been in the house and if he had tried to stop her had he been home and she was injured he would have been arrested thanks to feminist control of family law

No, I think the Yates case is a setback for justice. She should have been gased. Think about it, her 7 year old would have been struggling with her while she drowned him. Shouldn't someone who had just sort of lost it, snap out of it at that point? I have no sympathy for the murdering *****. I hope she gets killed.

I don't understand the correlation between the two. In case you have not noticed, the feminist movement has been dieing for years. Their rhetoric and double standards are killing them.

Of course not. I mean, isn't that the American way? "It's not my fault I killed my babies! I was insane at the time!" "It's not my fault I'm uneducated! My teachers were mean to me and made me do my homework!" "It's not my fault I was driving drunk! The bartender gave me another beer when I asked for it!"

Everyone needs to take responsibility for their actions. If anything, her case gave validation to women for killing their babies when they cry too much. I mean, Susan Smith could have claimed the same thing, and be walking free right now. I bet she does on an appeal. . .

This woman was very, very ill. Now that she is getting treatment and meds, she will spend the rest of her life living with the heartache and pain of the knowledge that she killed her babies. I guarantee you that she weeps everyday.
