I'm actually from the UK myself, born and bred here and excuse my mannerism, but I find this categorization of foreigners quiet offensive or maybe I don't really know what to make of it, fully understand it... or maybe I’m just missing something here?

Please explain further, thank you!

A perpetrator of mortgage fraud has attained a temporary anti-harassment order against the victim in this case. Will this be dismissed? What can be done about the alleged criminal making false statements to attain the temorary order? How does one contest an order? Can it be done without appearing if victim is afraid to appear and face the perpetrator?

i know there are law enforcemen officials out there and i need some civilized advice. here's the deal: with the AC on, the tv at a decent volume and we can hear their tv!!!
the husband works nights and we can always tell he is home (after midnight) 'cause he drops his shoes right by the bedroom door. they just had a child and they make a lot of noise when they get up to feed the baby. we put up with the noise during the day, we understand how hard it is to keep a toddler still, but at midnight????
and get this, this family complains about THEIR upstairs neighbor and have even called the cops.
so, any good suggestions? i do not want to deal directly with them because it could turn into a nightmare. i do not want to get into screeaming matches or calling the cops, yet.
we call the landlord to compain but there is only so much he can do.

If one lives here and enjoys the freedom we have to spew forth all kinds of abuse of the USA and express great hostility and disloyalty why do they stay. Will they be happier when the terrorists, a Saddam or a Hitler take over? They may then have to and learn to keep their hatred to themselves and appreciate all that we had and have lost due to their disloyalty & hatred.

Don't tell me because of Saddam since the N Korean gov is just as hostile to the US. Also I know that N Korea is being pressured stop their tests. I wanna know why there is such a different response to both countries when N Korea could be much more dangerous than Iraq was.

I filed for protection under ADA due to a chronic disease. Since then, I have been harassed and discriminated against at work. Now, my empolyer wants me to sign a release allowing them to send me to a counsler. I put a notation on the document that the true reason for this release request was not due to medical reason, but as a further form of harassment and discrimination. I've been told if I do not sign another document without anything but my signature and date, I'll lose my job. The form had a section on it marked "comments".

i know of now christian or jewish religion or form of that is able to maintain peace among its followers .
these people are among the worlds most ruthless people able to kill one another and still belief heaven is a reward they have some-how earned .
IN everyone i believe who has been part of or witnessed death knows that all killing is wrong .all killing is wrong bears repeating for some .
THERE are those among us who belief it is up to them to decide the hour and time of anothers death .they are called by the hand of god to kill and there is no reasoning with these people .THEY are animals plain and simple .THOSE who do not oppose all war by there very silence condone and support such acts making them as responcible as those who carry it out .i think john lennon had it right and beatleism should be the new religion of man .

I recently watched CBC:Hemispheres where reporter Nancy Durham traveled to the UK and interviewed the reactions of some British Muslims after the one year anniversary of 7/7.

Many of those who responded said they believed that there is a conspiracy that Tony Blair and the British government planted the bombs to kill their own people, and the 4 suspected suicide bombers were not the terrorists.
I am not generalizing/stereotyping all British Muslims, I am saying SOME.

The webcam is small, pemanantly placed outside of an upstairs window where it is hard to spot, and there are no warning signs. I am concerned as my 7yo daughter plays in the garden and outside with friends sometimes in a paddling pool where she could be videoed and any images will be easily uploaded to the internet. They have never asked my permission to video my property or family, do I have any legal standing for asking them to remove it or ensure it does not video my children?

Does the Dad still have to pay child support (Canada) even though that would mean financial ruin for him?

The mother has totally alienated the kids from the dad. They don't live far away from us (My daughter and I live with the dad in question here) but they very rarely come over and NEVER for the night anymore. They are 16 and 15. The exwife is now after several years of saying she doesn't need the money and not enforcing the original agreement (made about 10 years ago) is now going after back pay AND $600/month. There is absolutely no way he can pay anything as we both live paycheck-to-paycheck. How will this be enforced if he loses the court battle?
We don't own our home.
He has 2 cars; an 84 I drive and a 2003 which he pays on monthly (he just got it this year). We both have credit card debt about $10,000 each and can barely pay the monthly minimum

THE KORAN TELLS BELIEVERS TO WATCH AND TAKE PART IN STONINGS. "DO LET PITY CONTROL YOU IF YOU ARE PART OF ALLAH'S RELIGION... BUT LET A GROUP OF BELIEVERS WATCH THEM DIE"
