The old adage, "fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me" does not apply to Americans, who have shown that they can be endlessly fooled.

Neoconservatives, who are closely allied with zionist Likud Party, deceived Americans into an illegal attack and debilitating war in Iraq. Some neocons lost their security clearances because of "mishandling" of classified information. According to Insight magazine, "the Pentagon has banned security clearance to Americans with relatives in Israel. Click here:

Government sources and attorneys said the Pentagon has sought and succeeded in removing security clearance from dozens of Americans, mostly Jews, who either lived, worked, or have relatives in Israel."

Despite questions of dual loyalties, neocons hold high positions in the Bush regime. Ten years ago these architects of American foreign and military policy spelled out how they would use deception to achieve

I can't think of any situation where talking to terrorists has ever worked. Every time we negotiate with the Islama-Fascists they attack us. Look at what happed with Bill Clinton, he made deals with this people and we got 9/11. President Bush gave them a bloody nose and they leave us alone. How many times are we going to go through this before we learn? PEACE THROUGH STRENGTH IS THE ONLY WAY TO GAIN LASTING PEACE.

Ok, my husband was on his way to work one morning at 4:00 am. He was driving along and then came to a light. It was one of those times where you hurry and try to go or stop suddenly and maybe drive a bit over the white line. He decided to stop. There was a cop kitty corner to him. After his light turned green he went and the cop pulled him over. He gave my husband a ticket for "failure to obey a traffic signal." The cop said "If I wasn't there you would have went through the light."

My question is...can he give my husband a ticket for presuming what he would have done? AND my husband DID NOT fail to obey the traffic light, he stopped.

He decided not to pay the ticket and contest it in court...do any of you think he will win? It's pretty much the cops word against his.

PS he also refused to sign the ticket, but then the cop told him he would take him to jail...so he signed the ticket.

For starters, invading another country on false pretenses is grounds for impeachment. Also, the Fourth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution essentially says that the people have the right to be secure against unreasonable government searches and seizures and that no search warrants shall be issued without probable cause that a crime has been committed. And the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) requires that warrants for national security wiretaps be authorized by the secret FISA court. The law says that it is a crime for government officials to conduct electronic surveillance outside the exclusive purviews of that law or the criminal wiretap statute. President Bush’s authorization of the monitoring of Americans’ e-mails and phone calls by the National Security Agency (NSA) without even the minimal protection of FISA court warrants is clearly unconstitutional and illegal. Executive searches without judicial review violate the unique checks and balances that the nation’s

My children are currently in Beirut, Lebanon visiting relatives, and supposedly the U.S. state department has plans to evacuate U.S. citizens to Cyprus, but I'm worried about the safety of this evacuation given that there is no cease-fire in place. I also wonder about American citizens located in southern Lebanon who cannot get to Beirut for the evacuation because of the ongoing Israeli bombing. Why doesn't Bush try to negotiate a temporary cease-fire since Iran has apparently announced that it could secure a Hezbollah cease-fire if Israel would do likewise? How does he plan on getting innocent Americans safely out of Lebanon, and what of the innocent civilians (whether American, Lebanese, or of some other nationality) who are left behind? Why isn't Bush being more pro-active in trying to de-escalate this crisis and bring negotiators to the table?
