I can not find any report close to that. Israel came out 3 hours ago & said they would stop attack if 2 kidnapped soldiers were returned & missiles were ceased to be fired into Israel. Sounds reasonable to me.
If it were true, then the war would grow with several nations joining including the US. Friends do not let friends get beat up by school yard bullies. Although I do think Israel can thake care of itself just not without nuclear weapons.

IT WILL GIVE THE ISRAELI'S SOME DESCENT TARGETS TO DESTROY..
PLUS... IT MAKE ISRAEL'S ATTACKS ON LEBANON ALL THE MORE LEGIT..
ESPECIALLY IF IRANIAN AND SYRIA TANKS WERE TRUNDLING THROUGH LEBANESE ROADS AND STREETS..
