Why do people think John Kerry or Hillary were ever real contenders for the nations top job.

Okay so my mom got in a car accident , and like the guy who she hit DOES NOT HAVE A LICENCE but hes 50 years old, and doesnt have insurrence and hes mexican(so like he could be an immigrant), and like im confused shouldnt he get punished??!!

America against "people in America?" I don't understand. I see all this arguing going on and the ANGRY words. I just don't understand. There is war everywhere - people have their opinions and it's like no one says "yes, I see your point too but....." and have a regular discussion? We've all disagreed as people for years (relationships, everything) but this political war --- I've seen people almost get in fistfights at work --- adults - mature adults because someone doesn't like the other's opinion. Then when asked what we all want is PEACE but we can't have peace in our own country. I try to be open minded and I'm an Independent so no one needs to yell at me here. I am partially conservative about issues and partially liberal. I listen to both sides and agree or disagree. Doesn't mean the person I disagree with needs to be punched in the nose. What is going on here? I don't understand.. The "words" on here are harsh. We all have opinions.

If Mr, Bush is a Christian, then why is he interfering with that whole mess. He should know if he read his Bible, that those idiots will be fighting until God returns and fixes the problem.
So what is all this preaching about, "Peace in the Middle East"
Let them kill each other and let God sort em out.
But I agree on one thing, we should support Israel.

I have scoliosis,but it's idopathic (cause unknown) and mild. I don't have any back pain from it and I really want to join but I am not sure if I would still be allowed. So if anybody can answer this question for me I would greatly appreciate it.

My friends is a good daddy he always takes his child when he is supposed to, buys her things acts like a daddy should,but him and his baby momma can't get along. His baby momma is a bi*ch. He is a great man, he just made a mistake. He works hard to pay his child support and to support his child, but his baby momma keeps going to the courts to get the judge to up his child support payments.

Do you think this is right or does the system need to change this. If a good man takes care of his kid(s) like a man should, why are they being punished by having to pay more child support at the expense of the babymamma who thinks that he should pay more.

I am not a liberal, in fact in my political choices i am a republican, but I also can not think of a single GOOD thing Bush has done for this country. Don't get me wrong I do not HATE Bush, I don't sit around and blame everything bad in our country on him. I just want to know what it is other people see as being positive that has happened in the US during his term.
Oh, and good things only please, I'm not looking for smart remarks from liberals about oil and all that stuff.

The Islamonuts dearly love to shriek like banshees at the mere hint of one of their death-cult manifestos being mistreated, but seem to have an utter lack of regard for, say, the Bible, to say nothing of their treatment of Torans. What was that saying about what is good for the goose is good for the gander?

Maybe there should be a nice video posted to YouTube showing a Koran being drizzled with pig offal, then doused with pig fat and set on fire and tossed into a garbage can full of dog turds (far from any inhabitation, of course, because the smell would be something awful).
