Woah...Israel is attacking EVERYWHERE? Hmm...I dont see any missiles raining down on us Filipinos down here in Manila.
Israel is only attacking Lebanon and the Palestinian Gaza territory. In case you have forgotten, the Hezbollah and Hamas groups have kidnapped a total of 3 Israeli soldiers as a bargaining chip for a prisoner swap (they want 5000 something terrorist prisoners back) within the past two-three weeks. Instead of giving in to these demands, Israel has resorted to attacking Hamas and Hezbollah leaders with missiles and howitzers. Unfortunately being heavy weapons and the fact that the Hamas and Hezbollah goons mix with the innocent Palestinian and Lebanese citizens results in civilian casualties (hundreds of Palestininians and some 70+ Lebanese dead and thousands more wounded as of this typing). In response the terrorist groups have resorted to launching Katyusha rockets which have killed at least 12 Israeli civilians and wounded 100+ in several Northern Israeli towns. A civilian ship and an Israeli gunboat have also been hit with rockets, and Hezbollah has used a UAV to down an Israeli gunship. Meanwhile it seems that both the legitimate Lebanese and Palestinian governments have become non-entities so far, and there are now speculation/threats of escalation against Iran and Syria who Israel suspects of supporting the terrorists. Taking this into account...wait a few more days...

because they can. USA is at war in the region against those places Israel is attacking, if Israel invades Syria USA will give full support. Syria is on the USA hit list and the people of USA would not likely support another US war in the area, but would support support for an Israeli defence initiative, Syria also has Oil.
The Gaza and the Jordan area would be nice for pipeline development from Iraq to the Medditeranian and to the Suez/ Red Sea shipping lanes

When the Twin Towers in New York City were destroyed on 9/11 Moslems all over the world rejoiced. Now as Moslems are facing counter attack they are crying" Isreal is hurting us" when they should be rejoicing and praising Allah the merciful that Isreal is now killing them. They bragged after the 9/11 attack Moslems look forward to death just as Jews and Christians look forward to life. Isreal has no choice but to fight and win or die!

lets look behind the obvious, simply Israel is marking its territory, since we are Americans down in the mid east flexing our power and getting things done our way and we are succeeding, the Israelis will not let this happen, to wake up and all of a sudden there is another giant controlling the area. Israel is attacking everywhere because they know they can act with impunity with almost 200,000 American troops practically in their backyard to help protect them. The US should change their policy of always supporting Israel and then they would have an incentive to seek Peace with the Palestinians.
