Or do i have to file in GA, and how long does it take for a marriage to be annuled and what is the process, do you have to pay a fee, basically, how do i go about this...

Yes you can, however, you would have to have the Final Decree domesticated in the the Ga. Courts. There will probably be a filing fee for the Petition. I suggest that you call the Civil Division of the Clerk of Court for the county that you reside in.

Not knowing NY laws, I have to think that all that may be required is a minimum residency. Florida has a 6 month requirement then they will grant one. Marriage from any state.
