Okay so my mom got in a car accident , and like the guy who she hit DOES NOT HAVE A LICENCE but hes 50 years old, and doesnt have insurrence and hes mexican(so like he could be an immigrant), and like im confused shouldnt he get punished??!!

.. your mom better not let that 50 yr old burrito lover go.. I would have called the police and if that taco loving illegal would have ran.. I would have jump on him quicker than anthing else!!! I WILL NOT LET HIM GET AWAY WITH DOING THAT.. YES there are laws against that.. okay, so, like, by reading what your "asking", yes, your confused no doubt about that,,,,,first: age has nothing to do with having or not a license as long as you are old enough to have one, depending on each state's laws, second: you mispelled license and insurance, get a dictonary, third: if he is mexican, its not that he could be an immigrant, he IS an immigrant.
If I understand your dumb question, your asking should this person be punished because hes an immigrant? no, why should he, as long as he is a legal alien, we are all immigrants in this country the only people who are not immigrants are native americans (also know as Indians). The only thing he could be fined for would be for driving without a drivers license. Before asking dumb questions I suggest to learn how to spell, then learn what words mean, then read on some american history....

By the time your mom or her insurance pursued this matter this guy will simply move on acquire an whole new id as it is this is a fact of life and this has happen to millions of other Americans.How can they punish anybody when they simply change ids and become someone brand new. Fraud is up documents are copied so well you really have to have a trained eye and system in place to verify them . By law he would be require to pay for all the damages and obtain poof of insurance to keep the drivers license ... and pay all traffic fines. But the law seems to accommodate some while the rest us have to comply with the law of land.It's unfair but that's the new wave of living..MANGA should do her own research she has no idea what state you are in and what the law's of your state are. Almost every state requires poof of insurance it's not as cut and dried as she makes it out to be. And oh the only thing he could be fined for would be for driving without a drivers license is pure garbage do your own homework MANGA (hint look for poof of insurance). Do your own research before you unload on someone your not as correct and awesome as you think. This is why everyone should pay attention and vote in America: the law says pretty much that this isnt a very serious crime (unlicensed driver) and that everyone has rights.
Trouble is, your stuck with the insurance bill.
The law in this case is biased against people with money; you cant sue..how do you get blood from a stone? Now if you hit him then he might very well own everything you have now.
If there is no deterrent then there is no reason for people not to do anythig they want, like driving without a licence.

This fellow, so unfortunate as to be invovled in a collision with one that does not understand the plight of the hard working poor immigrants should not need to face any more discrimination and hatered.(tongue in cheek here)

Was the accident your Mom's fault? If it was, then he should not be punished. You Mom on the other hand should have to fix his vehicle. Just because he doesnt have a license, or insurance does not mean he is automatically an illegal immigrant.

I was actually told this stuff by an illegal and laughed and didn't believe him after he got away from reckless driving with intent to scare people - and admited he did it on purpose!! Right after he just did it!
I AM NOT LAUGHING NOW!!!
omg people - if I get into a car accident and it's discovered that my paperwork is faulty I am automatically assigned fault - BECAUSE I WASN'T SUPPOSED TO BE THERE IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!

Yes - at several level....
Legal immigrants are goverened by US laws so the punishment would be same as if you or I commit crimes.
Illegal immigrants are breaking two laws. Immigration law by coming into this country illegally, then other laws apply as well.
I won't be so quick to jump to a conclusion that he is here illegally though. Report it to police and let them take care of it.

Driving without a license alone can get you in trouble. If you hit someone without a license or insurance you are in big trouble. Call the police department with any information you got (like his license plate number). You can also try called ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement)
